Clinical Observation Of Compound Shenrong Decoction In Treating Alopecia Areata With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of compound Shenrong decoction on alopecia areata with deficiency of both spleen and kidney,and to provide clinical basis for the treatment of alopecia areata with deficiency of both spleen and kidney by invigorating spleen and kidney.Methods:Sixty-six patients with alopecia areata and spleen and kidney deficiency were divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1.The experimental group took Compound Shenrong Decoction.The control group took Jianpi Yishen Granules.Both groups were externally applied with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment.The patient returned to the clinic once a week for 12 weeks.The condition was recorded every 4 weeks.The serum T lymphocyte level and dermoscopy were checked before and after treatment and the curative effect was determined.Results:A total of 61 effective cases were collected in the two groups.There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 90.32%.The total effective rate of the control group was76.67%,and the difference was statistically noticeable(P < 0.05).After treatment,the SALT score,TCM syndrome score,final hair number density and DLQI score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the SALT score and final hair number density of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before and after therapy,there was no noticeable difference in the detection values of CD4+ and CD8+Tlymphocytes between the two groups(P>0.05),while there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Compound Shenrong Decoction has definite curative effect on alopecia areata with deficiency of both spleen and kidney,and has obvious advantages over Jianpi Yishen Granules.2.Dermoscopy has shown a good application prospect in the diagnosis,identification and curative effect determination of hair diseases.
