Chinical Observation Of PRP Combined With Chinese And West Medicine In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Of Sever Alopecia Areata

ObjectiveObserving the clinical efficacy and evaluate the safety of platelet rich plasma(platelet-rich plasma PRP)combined with Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of severe alopecia areata(liver and kidney deficiency type).MethodsUsing randomized study,13 patients with syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney with the conditions of severe alopecia areata patients were divided into control group(6 cases)and treatment group(7 cases),the control group:oral administration of Chinese medicine(six Dihuang Decoction,daily 1 agent)and low-dose glucocorticoids(Methylprednisolone Tablets 0.25mg/kg,1 once a day,the morning meal service;then according to the actual situation of reduction to withdrawal),Ranitidine Hydrochlorlde Capsules(150mg,2 times a day),Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets(600mg,1 times a day).The treatment group:in the control group treatment based on PRP injection.Using water injection instrument PRP local injection to the bald area,1 times a month,3 times for a course of treatment.The patients in blood analysis,liver and kidney function before and after treatment,urine,stool test,infection four security check;fill in the basic information table,the quality of life questionnaire and informed consent of the observer.Fill out the adverse reaction observation table,safety check table,and severe alopecia areata clinical observation table.For 0 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks with a digital camera to record the bald area of hair,according to the area before and after the treatment of hair loss,a hair regeneration experiment,clinical efficacy was observed.Results1.The treatment group and the control group of patients in age,gender,disease duration,were analyzed statistically,P>0.05 showed no significant difference,comparable;two groups of patients before and after treatment,liver and kidney function,blood analysis,urine,stool examination showed no obvious abnormalities;the adverse reactions of the two groups were.No statistical significance in the treatment of PrP injection combined with western medicine has the safety of severe alopecia areata.2.Before treatment,two groups of regional alopecia symptoms total score was not statistically significant(P>0.05),between the two groups in treatment were comparable.The treatment group,the two groups after treatment of alopecia area total symptom score compared with statistical significance before and after treatment(P<0.05).In the control group,the total score of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant compared with before and after treatment(P<0.05).3.The control group of 7 cases,the cure rate was 5%,the efficiency was 35%,efficiency was 45%,no efficiency was 15%,the total efficiency of 85%;6 cases in the treatment group,the cure rate was 10%,the effective rate was 50%,efficiency was 35%,the ineffective rate was 5%,the total efficiency of 95%.treatment of control group and treatment group of severe alopecia areata(liver and kidney deficiency type)has obvious curative effect.The treatment group and the control group,by radit analysis,the treatment group and the control group clinical total efficiency had no significant difference(p>0.05).ConclusionPlatelet rich plasma combined with small dose of oral corticosteroids and six Dihuang Decoction with simple oral administration of small doses of glucocorticoids and six Dihuang Decoction treatment compared the clinical curative effect of no obvious advantage,but in the promotion of hair growth,there are obvious advantages to reduce hair loss area and there are safe has clinical significance.
