The Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of The Measure Of Strengthening Spleen And Nursing Kidney With Plum Needle To Alopecia Areata

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of focusing on starting and with plum-blossom needle treatment of alopecia areata from the dialectical point of view Jianpiyishen, discuss the practical applicability and clinical guiding significance of the present theory, and add advanced clinical diagnostic thoughts of disease differentiation and therapeutic methods.Methods:This study recruits80psoriasis patients. They are randomly divided into treatment group (n=40, receiving oral Self-developed jianpiyishenshengfatang and plum-blossom needle treatment) and control group (n=40, receiving oral gancaosuangan capsules (Lion Weifang Pharmaceutical Co.) and outside minoxidil solution treatment.After4and8weeks’treatment, clinical efficacy is observed.Data is analyzed by SPSS17.0.Results:Effective rate in the treatment group and control group is85.0%and70%respectively. Total effective rate in the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05). This study shows no obvious adverse reaction and no subject withdraws the study. Conclusion:1. The method of treating alopecia areata basing on jianpiyisheng and plum-blossom needle is feasible, which provides a new clinical thought of syndrome differentiation and therapeutic method.2. The efficacy of the treatment of alopecia areata with Self-developed jianpiyishenshengfatang is definite, safe and promoting friendly.3. Chinese Herbs with plum blossom needle treatment of alopecia areata than the control group.
