The Clinical Observation Of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction Combined With Plum Blossom Needle For Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Of Alopecia Areata

Objective:Observation of Zhibaidihuang decoction combined with plum blossom needle treatment of kidney yin deficiency type of alopecia areata.Methods:According to the randomized controlled experimental design method,60 patients with alopecia areata who were in line with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group for Zhibaidihuang decoction,1 dose daily,morning and evening meals,with plum blossom needle,3 times a week,the control group did not use any oral medication,only with Percussopunctator,method and course of treatment and treatment group.Respectively,before treatment and 4 weeks and 8 weeks,of skin lesions of two groups of patients,the TCM syndrome and the dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score at eighth weeks after treatment are needed to determine the efficacy and safety of the treatment,3 months after completion of the visit of two groups of patients a detailed understanding of the situation,recurrence.Results:After 4 weeks after treatment,the treatment group lesions score,TCM syndrome score and skin disease index(DLQI)scores were(3.93± 1.14),(4±1.89),(6.70 ± 2.09),scores of the control group respectively(5.10 ± 1.12),(9.83± 3.84),(11.53 ± 3.12),in the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment,the scores and the score compared with before treatment were reduced.The score of the two groups by statistical test,the results showed that there was statistical significance of TCM syndrome score,DLQI score difference(P < 0.05),but no significant differences in lesion score(P > 0.05);in 8 weeks after the treatment,the treatment group lesions score,TCM syndrome score and DLQI score were(2.47±1.99),(1.20 ± 1.12),(2.03 ±1.47),the control group the scores were(4.60± 1),(9.53 ± 3.55),(9.97± 2.68),and treatment of patients in the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment,after 4 weeks,compared the scores were decreased,by statistical analysis,treatment group was statistically significant lesion score and TCM syndrome score and DLQI score(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant group lesion score and DLQI score between the control(P < 0.05)no the statistical significance of TCM syndrome score difference(P > 0.05);the curative effect after 8 weeks of treatment compared to the treatment group cured 8 people,10 markedly effective,10 effective,2 ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%;the control group was 0,markedly effective 8,effective 12,invalid 10,total the efficiency was 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);treatment group adverse reaction rate was 3.33%,the control group was 20%,there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05);after three months of treatment visits,no treatment group The recurrence was found in 5 cases in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Zhibai Dihuang Decoction Combined with plum blossom needle can significantly reduce the patients with kidney yin deficiency type of alopecia areata score,TCM syndrome score and lesion score and DLQI score,the clinical effect is better than that of control group.Zhibaidihuang decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of kidney yin deficiency of alopecia areata,with plum blossom needle,not only can cure,also can greatly shorten the course of treatment,reduce the adverse reaction after taking the lead,and less recurrence,can be used in clinical practice.
