The Research Of The Combination Of Medical Care And Pension In Jiangsu Province

Population development is an important structural force that affects the development of human society.The 21 st century is a century in which global population growth has slowed down,and it is also a century in which the population is generally aging.The dynamics of population development are bound to profoundly affect the development of human society.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China’s population aging has become increasingly severe.According to population data in recent years,the proportion of the elderly population aged 65 and over in 2000 has reached 7%,which means that China has entered an ageing society.According to the 2018 data of China Statistical Yearbook,the number of people aged 65 and over in China had reached 158.31 million by the end of 2017,accounting for 11.4%of the total population.The aging is increasing.Along with the aging of the population,there are problems such as the increase in the prevalence of the elderly,the increase in the number of diseases,the prolonged illness,the complications,and the difficulty of treatment.The elderly’s difficulties in the elderly need to be resolved.In recent years,although the old-age pension model such as community pension and institutional pension has been continuously developed,it is difficult to meet the actual needs of the elderly.In the special context of the current separation of medical care,the hospital provides outpatient and inpatient services.Long-term hospitalization of elderly people with chronic diseases will waste intense medical resources,while the old-age care institutions only provide basic life care and care,and it is difficult to cope with the increasing number of elderly people.Sudden illnesses and chronic diseases.Although the mode of medical care and old-age care is still in the preliminary exploration stage,it requires the joint efforts of all walks of life,but it is undeniable that this is the general direction of the development of China’s old-age care.As one of the developed provinces in China,Jiangsu Province is currently facing various challenges brought about by the aging of the population.In order to promote the development of the combination of medical care and pension in the province,the Jiangsu Provincial Health Committee announced the first batch of "Jiangsu Province Model Medical Integration Organization" in November 2018.Established in 2014,T is located in Nanjing.After five years of hard work,it has formed an urban community pension comprehensive service ecosystem.It is the earliest and most successful model of the combination of medical care and old-age care in Jiangsu Province.The successful selection of the model list today also demonstrates the government’s recognition of its operating model.Therefore,due to the consideration of time geography and representativeness,mode reproducibility,etc.,this study selected the T institutions in the list as the research object,and conducted qualitative analysis to conduct empirical analysis,respectively interviewing institutional personnel,hospitalized elderly and family members of the elderly,trying to understand the status of the combination of medical and nursing in the actual operation from the interview data,exploring the feasibility of the practice of combining medical care with the old-age model,analyzing and demonstrating the inadequacies.
