Objective:to investigate the teaching ability, role stress and job burnout of clinical nursing teachers;to analyze the influence of social demographic characteristics on their teaching ability, role stress and job burnout;to clarify the correlation between teaching ability, role stress and job burnout of clinical nursing teachers;to explore the influencing factors of job burnout of clinical nursing teachers,to provide reference for reducing the level of job burnout of clinical nursing teachers. Methods:This study is a correlational study of non-experimental studies, and 250 clinical nursing teachers who met the inclusion criteria were selected from two grade a hospitals in weihai city, shandong provinceby by convenient sampling. In this study,a total of 250 questionnaires were issued,247 were recovered, and 233 were valid, with an effective recovery rate of 93.2%.Through general information questionnaire, teaching ability questionnaire of nursing teachers,Chinese version of the role stress scale for clinical nursing teachers and maslach burnout inventory, the research objects were quantitatively evaluated.Statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to sort out and analyze valid questionnaires, and descriptive statistical analysis,t-test,one-way anova,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)in the study of clinical nursing teaching teacher job burnout score(72.55±15.08),is in the medium level, each dimension score according to the score height, from high to low in turn as follows:lower self-efficacy(25.53±5.99),emotional exhaustion(22.55±7.40),cynical attitude(22.13±6.97),The differences in age, marriage form, employment form, working years, teaching years, technical title,post-teaching training, nursing interest were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The total score of teaching ability of clinical nursing teachers was 85.81±14.86,which was at a medium level. There were significant differences in age, nursing interest, technical title, working years, years with teaching,etc.(P<0.05).(3)The total score of clinical nursing with teacher’s role stress was 105.97±21.69,which was at a medium level. However, some individual scores were≥3 points, which should also attract enough attention. There were statistically significant differences in employment form and nursing interest(P<0.05).(4)Pearson correlation analysis showed that the teaching ability of the study subjects was negatively correlated with job burnout, with a correlation coefficient of-0.330(P<0.01).Role stress was positively correlated with job burnout, with a correlation coefficient of.0.398(P<0.01).Teaching ability was negatively correlated with role pressure, and the correlation coefficient was-0.155(P<0.05).(5)multiple stepped-regression analysis showed that nursing interest, teaching experience, teaching ability and role stress score were the main influencing factors of job burnout of clinical nursing teachers.Conclusion:(1)Clinical nursing teachers’ teaching ability and job burnout are at a high level, and role pressure is at a medium level.(2)The teaching ability of clinical nursing teachers was negatively correlated with job burnout;role stress is positively correlated with job burnout;teaching ability is negatively correlated with role pressure.(3)Nursing interest, teaching years, teaching ability and role stress score are the main factors that affect the job burnout of clinical nursing teachers.
