Research PurposeThe study was to preliminary build a nursing " double-meaning teachers" classroomteaching quality evaluation index system, to provide targeted reference standard for teachersevaluation, And then improve nursing " double-meaning teachers" classroom teaching quality.ObjectiveAccording to experts selection criteria,ultimately select19experts in and out of theprovince,they are all Professional experts in Nursing education, nursing management, nursescientific research.MethodsThrough literature search method, interviewing method construct a prototype of nursing "double-meaning teachers" classroom teaching quality evaluation index system. By Delphi expertconsultation method (Delphi) investigate19selected experts for two surveys; applicationExcel2003and SPSS13.0software for date processing, and application analytic hierarchyprocess(AHP)to determine weights of the evaluation index system; used Cronbach Alpha α totest reliability.Results1. formed two assessment forms: one is to "double-meaning teachers" objectiverequirements, and the other assessment form make subjective perception of students as thestarting point. All constituted by teaching attitude, teaching contents, teaching means andmethods, teaching effect four dimensions, and including respectively18,28secondary indexes.2.The representation and the credibility of the survey results By qualitative analysis ofbasic information of experts and quantitative analysis of degree of expert authority, showingexperts have better representation and authority. Two rounds of experts consultation recoverieswere70.37%and100%,indicating that experts have a high degree of enthusiasm, and thecoefficient of variation tends to decrease, coordination coefficient tends to increase, showing thatthe indicators of central tendency is incresing clear, so the experts have higher degree ofcoordination.3. Set the weights of various index. Use high and low points difference of the importancemean difference to indentify Saaty scale, and then determined the weight of indicators and testindex logical consistency.4. The reliability and validity of the evaluation index system are all better. The two formsCronbach Alpha α﹥0.70, the results show that the evaluation index system has good reliability.Conclution1. The construction of nursing students to "double-meaning teachers" classroom teachingquality evaluation index system including the objective requirement of teachers' evaluation andthe students ' self perception evaluation two parts, all constituted by teaching attitude, teachingcontents, teaching means and methods, teaching effect four dimensions, One table consists of a18secondary indexes, table2has28secondary indexes.2. The objective requirement of teachers' evaluation have18secondary indexes, rankingfrom highest to lowest by weight, the top5are: Whether teachers proficient in teaching content(0.0981), Whether The lecturer is full of spiri(t0.0844), Whether The lecturer is itself properly(0.0727), Whether teachers' explaination of the difficult content clarity(0.0685), Whetherteachers' thinking is clear(0.0662);In the form of the students ' self perception evaluation, thetop5are: The lecturer has responsible attitude(0.0917), the drgee of of love to teaching work(0.0714),the drgee of the rigorous lolgic and reasoning when teaching(0.0711), the matchingdegree of Teachers' teaching content and teaching objec(t0.0677), the drgee of of love to nursingprofessional(0.0646).
