Practice teaching is an important teaching link to cultivate students' consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship and practical operation ability.Practice teaching management is an activity system or process that guarantees the quality of practice teaching,achieves the goal of practice teaching and generates the practical ability of teachers and students.Nursing graduates will be mainly engaged in clinical nursing work in the future.The ultimate purpose of their practical teaching is to enable students to master basic nursing operation skills and learn to use them to solve clinical nursing problems.Therefore,practice teaching plays a crucial role in the cultivation of nursing professionals.Nursing professional teachers should not only have solid theoretical knowledge of nursing,but also master standardized clinical nursing operation skills and apply nursing critical thinking appropriately,and impart it to students,so that students can better apply what they have learned.Based on this,this paper takes T health vocational school as an example,conducts an in-depth study on the practical teaching ability management of nursing professional teachers by means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,discovers problems,explores causes,and puts forward targeted and feasible Suggestions for improvement.This paper is divided into the following parts:In the first part,the relevant literature was sorted out,the concepts of "nursing teachers" and "practical teaching ability" were defined,the research status of practical teaching ability of nursing teachers was understood,and the existing literature was reviewed.The second part introduces the relevant theoretical basis,including social learning theory,behavioral science theory and teacher professional development theory,and expounds the guiding significance of these theories to this research.In the third part,the managers,nursing teachers and nursing students of T health vocational school were investigated by questionnaire and interview,so as to understand the current situation of nursing teachers' practical teaching ability,summarize the existing problems,and make attribution analysis.The fourth part,in view of the T health vocational school nursing professional teachers' practical teaching ability present situation and management issues,from strengthening teachers' personal teaching practice ability training,to strengthen the construction of school teaching standards,perfect the social practice teaching security system puts forward to set up professional development plan,set up the concept of lifelong learning,be a "double type" teachers;Improve the management and organization of practical teaching ability,construct the training system and evaluation standard of practical teaching ability,improve the conditions of practical teaching,and optimize the curriculum of practical teaching;The government should strengthen the promotion,deepen the cooperation with hospitals,and improve the interaction between teachers,schools and educational administrative departments.
