ObjectiveTo study the clinical manifestation of the laboratory results such as liver function, immunoglobulin and cellular immunity, and to study the function of the inflammation reaction and the immunoreaction for mycoplasma pneumonia pneumonia complicated with abnormal liver function.MethodFrom January to December in 2016,the data from 256 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university were retrospectively analyzed. The children were divided into an liver damage group(24 cases)and a no liver damage group(232 cases). The clinical manifestation?liver enzymes?antibody titer?immunoglobulin and cellular immunity were analyzed. The SPSS 21.0 were used for statistical analysis.Results1.There were 256 patients diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumonia pneumonia.Among them, boys were 156 cases, girls were 100 cases, the ratio was 1.56:1.00.Theaverage onset age was(74.04±36.96)months.There were 24 cases(9.37%)with abnormal liver function 232 cases(90.63%)with normal liver function.2.About all the patients with normal liver function have fever and cough, and only 5 patients present cough with asthma;the clinical course was(23.12±8.45)d;the period of fever was(12.88±6.75)d;the highest temperature reached(39.34±0.68)?.All the patients with abnormal liver function have cough and fever;the clinical course was(26.17±10.98)d;the period of fever(15.75±10.04)d;the highest temperature reached(39.13±0.78)?.3.There were 24 cases had abnormal liver function without jaundice, and the levels of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, total bile acid were normal.4.Compared with the normal liver function group, the abnormal liver function group has a statistically different gender and immunoglobulin(both P<0.05).However,there are no statistically significant differences among age, clinical course, fever period, antibody titer, inflammatory biomarkes and peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets(all P>0.05).ConclusionThe clinical symptoms of mycoplasma pneumonia pneumonia complicated with abnormal liver function are characterized by increased transaminase. The appearance of liver damage may be more related to the decrease of IgA compared with inflammation biomarker. At the same time, the boy children have more possibility to get the liver function damaged when suffering mycoplasma pneumonia pneumonia.
