Purpose:This paper aims to know infection prevalence trend of children mycoplasma pneumoniae of,analyze and summarize pathogenic characters, clinical manifestation, therapeutic schedule and prognosis of children mycoplasma pneumoniae infection with organ damages out of lung, and enhance knowledge on children mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and mycoplasma infection with organ damages out of lung, for the purpose of early diagnose and treatment.Method:Detect serum MP antibody of children patient with lower respiratory tract infection in Anqing Municipal Hospital from May 2015 to April 2016 with passive hemagglutination method, and retrospectively analyze disease characters, clinical manifestation, laboratory inspection, treatment process, and prognosis characters of children patients with organ damages out of lung.Result:(1)369 of 1,329 children patients have mycoplasma antibody positive with positive rate of 27.8%.The detection rate in summer and autumn is 37.1%,higher than that in spring and winter, the difference has statistical significance(?~2=55.54,p value<0.05).Mycoplasma infection rate of different genders is the same(?~2=0.025,p value>0.05).(2)166 of 369 children patients have mycoplasma infection eith organ damages out of lung, with positive rate of 44.9%.Occurrence rate of mycoplasma infection with organ damages out of lung for different genders is the same(?~2=2.48,p value>0.05),24children patients have 2 organ damages out of lung, with positive rate of 6.5%.4 children patients have 3 organ damages out of lung, with positive rate of 1%.(3)Occurrence rate of organ damages out of lung of younger than 3 years old,3-6years old and older than 6 years old is 19%,39.5%and 41.5%respectively.Difference has statistics significance(?~2=63.12,p value<0.05).(4)Mycoplasma pneumoniae may cause all multiple viscera and systematic organ damages and angiocarpy system damage is most susceptible(23.2%),followed by skin(11.4%),blood system(20.3%),digestion system(19.9%),urinary system(4.7%),central nervous system(18.5%)and others(1.9%).(5)Ig G,Ig M,Ig E and D-dimer in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and extrapulmonary damage were significantly higher than those of children without extrapulmonary damage, and the difference was statistically significant(p value<0.05).Conclusion:1.Mycoplasma infection happens in children of any age,and has no difference between male and female.2.Mycoplasma infection rate varies indifferent seasons, and the rate is higher in summer and autumn.3.Mycoplasma infection may cause multiple systematic organ damages, and angiocarpy system is most susceptible. There is no difference between male and female in terms of occurrence rate of organ damages out of lung.Occurrence rate of organ damages out of lung varies with age bracket, which is higher for children above 3-year old.Clinical manifestation of mycoplasma infection has no specificity, and mycoplasma antibodies detection is conducive todiagnose.Children patients with refractory mycoplasma infections may be treated with adrenocortical hormone and human immunoglobulin.
