ObjectiveBy collecting the clinical research literature on acupuncture treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome published in the past decade in our country,we use the statistical methods of frequency analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis to investigate the bibliometrics and acupoints of acupuncture treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome.MethodsTo search the Chinese Journal of Manifestations for Shoulder Shoulder Syndrome(Acupuncture and Moxibustion Shoulder Shoulder Syndrome)from 2007 to 2017 published in Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),WanFangDate,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)and VIP Journal Full-text Database Clinical research literature.Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,362 documents were finalized.Epidata data entry software was used to establish a database of "2007-2017 Bibliometrics of Acupuncture for Shoulder Shoulder Syndrome" and "2007-2017 Acupoints of Acupuncture for Shoulder Shoulder Syndrome".The contents include:Article ID,Year,The name of the first author, the province where the first author was located, the organization of the first author(including the nature of the unit),the name of the journal, the support of the fund project, the type of the fund project, interventions and the name of the specific acupuncture point Second pulse and the odd point).Input information to SPSS20.0 for bibliometric analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis. Results(A)the results of bibliometric analysisThe number of articles published by acupuncture for shoulder-hand syndrome in recent ten years showed an overall upward trend with a steady upward trend. The top five provinces in which the first author was located were 54(14.92%)in Guangdong,30(8.29%),26 articles(7.18%)in Heilongjiang,23 articles(6.35%)in Tianjin and 23 articles(6.35%)in Hebei. The number of the first author is 310(85.64%)in the hospital, followed by 38 articles(10.50%)in university, and 3(0.83%)in research institutions. The top 5 publications issued by the Ministry of Health were 5 from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,7 from Second Hospital Affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,5 from Wangdu County Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hebei Province,5 from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and 5 from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. There are 28 articles(accounting for 7.73%)of the articles published in Acupuncture and Moxibustion Magazine,14(3.87%)in Clinical Journal,12 articles(3.31%)in Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine,11 articles(3.04%)in TCM Clinical Research and 10 articles(2.76%)in Neo-Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)The upward trend during the year is not obvious, most of the projects are provincial-level fund projects,40(accounting for 54.79%)of all the fund support documents, followed by the literature supported by municipal fund projects, accounting for 26.03%and 12.33%6.85%.The top three provinces supported by provincial-level fund projects are Guangdong(10 articles),Guangxi(article 5)and Hebei(articles 4).(B)frequency analysis resultsA total of 166 acupoints were found in 362 literatures,of which 145 were fourteen acupoints,21 were external acuity points,64 were acuity points and 2 were ache points. The total frequency of acupoints was 3147 times There were 51 acupoints with frequency more than 10 times, with a total frequency of 2728 times, accounting for 86.63%of the total frequency. The frequency was from Jianyu(258 times),Quchi(240 times),Hegu(237 times),Waiguan(177 times)?Hegu(166 times),Jianzhen(157 times),Shou San Li(134 times),Jianqian(93 times),Houxi(85 times),Neiguan(84 times),Chize(83 times),Tianzong(81 times),Binao(77 times),Jiquan(77 times),Jianjin(55 times),Baxie(51 times),Zhongzhu 50 times),Yangxi(43 times),Yangchi(41 times),Zusanli(38 times),Yanglao(26 times),Tianquan(25 times),Yanggu(23 times),Baihui(23 times),Taichong(21 times),Yuji(19 times),Quepen(19 times),Sanyinjiao(19 times),Shao Ze(17 times),Yanglingquan(17 times),Shaohai(16 times),Zhongchong(16 times),Shaoshang(15 times),Shangyang(15 times),Shaochong(15 times),Qu Ze(15 times),Fengchi(14 times),Sanjian(13 times),Renying(11 times),Weizhong(10 times);Statistics of the meridians of the 166 acupoints showed that the frequency of acupoints from high to low was 5 times in the order of hand Yangming colon(1044 times,33.17%),hand Shaoyang triple power(505 times,16.05%),hand sun Small intestine(448 times, accounting for 14.24%),hand Jueyin pericardial(178 times, accounting for 5.66%),hand Taiyin lungs(154 times, accounting for 4.89%);the highest frequency of use of the three specific points are:five(982 times, accounting for 53.78%),followed by eight pulse intersection(355 times, accounting for 19.44%),the original point(280 times, accounting for 15.33%);Acupoints(457 times, accounting for 46.54%),acupoints(215 times, accounting for 21.89%),well points(120 times, accounting for 12.22%),acupoints(118 times, accounting for 12.02%).(B)factor analysis resultsA total of 34 comnon-use points with a frequency higher than 15 were used for factor analysis, resulting in 11 common factors, accounting for about 69.485%of the total variance.F1:Shaohai,Shaoze,Lao Gong,Zhong Chong,Guan Chong;F2:Hegu,Shousanli,Quchi,Jianyu,the customs,Jianliao;F3:F4:Yangxi,Yanggu,Yangchi;F7:Yuchi,Tien-chuan,Jianjin;F4:Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Yanglingquan,Taichong;F5:After the river,in Nagisa;F8:Binao,Baxie;F9:Jianzhen,shoulder.(C)cluster analysis resultsThe 32 acupuncture points can be grouped into 9 types, the acupuncture points are categorized as follows:Class 1:Chize,Neiguan,Jiquan;Class 2:Shaoze,Zhongchong,Guanchong,Shaohai,Laogong,Yanggu,Yuji;Class 3:Quchi,Jianyu,Hegu,Shousanli,Waiguan;Class 4:Yangxi,Yangchi;Class 5:Binao,Baxie,Jianqian;Class 6:Quepen,Tianquan,Jianjin,Tianzong;Class 7:Yanglingquan,Taichong,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao;Class8:Jianzhen,Jianliao;Class9:Zhongzhu,Houxi.The bivariate correlation analysis of the acupoints showed that the representative variable of class 1 is Chize;the representative variable of class 2 is Zhongchong;the representative variable of class 3 is Quchi;the representative variable of class 5 is Baxie;the representative variables of class 6 is Quepen;the representative variable of class 7 is Taichong. Conclusion(A)The incidence of SHS has increased and the range of distribution has widened. The number of clinical studies of acupuncture and moxibustion for SHS has been on the rise, but the quality is not high. The level of research in this area needs to be improved.Acupuncture and moxibustion has a variety of methods in the treatment of SHS,and many use combination therapy.(b)The acupuncture treatment of SHS is mainly based on menstruation, and it is mainly based on local acupoints and symptomatic treatment. The use of acupoints was mainly concentrated in the upper extremity' area. The highest frequency of the first three acupoints were:jianyu(258 times),Quchi(240 times),Hegu(237 times),all of which were points of the Hand Yangming Large Intestine Meridian, embody the idea of "take alone Yangming".Clinically, more emphasis is placed on local and proximal acupoints, and with the use of distal points, the proximal and distal effects of acupoints can be exerted. In the main allocation point, the first choice is the points of Yang meridians, which are mainly distributed in three Hand Yang meridians, and the specific point is often used with Wushu acupoints, among which the He points are used in the Wushu acupoints. The acupoints of the Yang meridians are used in conjunction with the acupoints of the Yin meridians to reflect the principle of "curing Yang by Yin" and "leading Yin from Yang".
