| Reform and opening up have promoted the all-round development of our society,and the double harvest of the national economy and living standards has alsoprompted the state to attach importance to the medical system.At the same time,theimprovement of medical technology and service brings about the constant intensification of doctor-patient relationship.Doctor-patient relationship is tense,doctor-patient conflicts are aggravated,and doctor-patient disputes occur frequently.The occurrence of these problems will not only infringe the rights and interests of doctors and patients,but also have unpredictable consequences for the medical industry and even the whole society.If we want to relieve the tension between doctors and patients,we must treat it from the source.The poor communication between doctors and patients caused by the cognitive gap is one of the main reasons for the bad doctor-patient relationship.If the doctor-patient relationship cannot maintain good and effective communication,the improvement of doctor-patient relationship will be even more difficult.Due to the cognitive gap between doctors and patients,the smooth communication between doctors and patients will be greatly affected.Only by narrowing the cognition gap between doctors and patients can the communication between doctors and patients be promoted.Based on the cognitive gap between patient and physician as the research subject,with cognitive dissonance theory,expect breach theory,knowledge gap theory as the research of the theoretical basis,using empirical research methods,such as participation observation and depth interview method of fuzhou city N hospital outpatient department of investigation and study,the present situation and problems of doctor-patient communication from the perspective of communication studies on the performance of doctor-patient cognitive gap,analyzes the causes and effects of the lack of doctor-patient communication further discussion,and put forward the improvement Suggestions and countermeasures.Empirical research methods such as participatory observation and in-depth interview were used to improve the practicality and credibility of this study.After research and investigation,it was found that the cognitive gap generated by doctors and patients in the communication process has a prominent impact on doctor-patient communication,and to some extent,it has stabilized the stability of doctor-patient relationship.This paper attempts to study the impact of doctor-patient cognitive gaps on doctor-patient communication,strengthen effective communication between doctors and patients,clear communication barriers between doctors and patients,and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. |
