Establish The Harmonious Online Doctor-Patient Relationship

The digital revolution will have a profound impact on how physicians and health care delivery organizations interact with patients and the community atlarge.Over the coming decades,face-to-face patient/doctor contacts will become less common and exchanges between consumers and providers will increasingly be mediated by electronic devices.Communication and information technology is changing rapidly worldwide.This digital revolution will have a profound impact on how physicians and health care delivery organizations interact with patients and populations.Over the coming years,face-to-face patient/doctor contacts will become less common and exchanges between doctor and patient.To study doctor-patient communication in E-health era,discourse is an important parameter.Doctor-patient communication is carried out in discourse and doctor-patient relationship is established in conversation.There are four parts in this study.The first chapter introduces the background of this study,combs the research of doctor-patient communication at home and abroad,points out the purpose and significance of the study,explains the main research methods and sources of corpus,and the theoretical background of the study.The second chapter observes the similarities and differences between E-health and traditional communication,points out the characteristics of doctor-patient communication in E-health.Chapter three uses the theory and method of conversation analysis to describe and analyze the content of online doctor-patient conversation,combining the purpose and four stages of communication between doctors and patients in Ehealth,and presents the current situation of communication between doctors and patients in E-health.Chapter four explores the existing problems of communication between doctors and patients in E-health according to the cooperative principle of doctor-patient conversation.It also gives suggestions on how to build a harmonious online doctor-patient relationship.
