Objective:We analysed the cognitive factors such as emotion, behavior and language which affects patients and doctors groups, and discussed the cognitive problems and the causes of doctor-patient communication disorders; Through a case study of typical doctor-patient communication disorders, we discussed the cognitive factors to alleviate the impact of the doctor-patient communication disorders.Methods:By using the questionnaire of the present situation of doctor-patient communication,we respectively investigated 235 medical staff and 269 patients in a general hospital in xinzhou city. Through analying the questionnaire, we preliminarily screened outstanding cognitive factors which influenced on doctor-patient communication. For medical staff and patients respectively one-to-one semi-structured interviews, we analysed the cognitive factors affecting doctor-patient communication disorders.Then we selected a typical interview case of communication disorders to study.Results:1.Results of investigation and studyThe main factors that influenced the doctor-patient communication disorders cognitive status, which included the level of doctor-patient trust, the medical technology,the doctors’ attitude, the serious patients’ demand, the difference of patients’ knowledge, the medical expense, the social factors and so on.2.Results of Qualitative ResearchDoctor-patient communication disorders mainly based on their the cognitive bias, the deviations in language communication, the deviations of medical staff attitude.3.Results of Case studyBy adopting reasonable mood therapy for patients with psychological intervention,then the patient’s language and behavior has been improved, and can improved the doctor-patient communication disorders.Conclusions:1.Both doctors and patients cognitive factors can affect doctor-patient communication disorders.2.Both doctors and patients good cognitive can improve doctor-patient communication disorders.
