Clinical Observation Of Curative Effect For Migranine By Acupuncture Single Acupoint And Acupoint Compatibility

Objective: To observe and compare the curative effect of acupuncture acupoint compatibility and single acupoint in the treatment of migraine in clinic,and to provide convenient therapy for acupuncture in clinical treatment of migraine.Methods: In clinical selection of 60 patients who met the criteria for inclusion,the random number was divided into acupoints compatibility group and single acupoint group,acupoints compatibility group wfor acupoint compatibility treatment(N=30),single acupoint group for single point treatment(N=30).Acupoints compatibility group given acupoints compatibility treatment,daily acupuncture 1 times,continuous needle puncture 6 days,rest 1days after the continuous needle for 6 days,12 days for a course of treatment,a total of two sessions,follow up after 1 months of treatment.Single acupoint group was treated with single point acupuncture,and the treatment course was combined with acupoint compatibility group.Record two groups VAS score(before treatment and after the first after the first treatment 1h),record two groups VAS score(before treatment and after treatment),Finally,the statistical calculation results are used to compare and draw conclusions.Result:(1)Before treatment,the sex,age,course of disease,VAS score and headache score of the acupoint compatibility group and the single point group were comparable(P > 0.05).(2)Immediate analgesic effect: The VAS score of 1h in acupoint compatibility group and single acupoint group decreased(p<0.05),which indicated that both acupoint compatibility group and single acupoint group had immediate analgesic effect,but compared with the VAS score of 1h after treatment in acupoint compatibility group and single acupoint group(p<0.05),the results showed that the acupoint compatibility group in immediate pain relief Better than single acupoint group.(3)Headache points: The headache points of patients with acupoint compatibility group and single acupoint group decreased after the end of treatment(p<0.05),it is said that the acupoint compatibility group and the single acupoint group have the effect in the treatment of migraine,but the comparison between the acupoint compatibility group and the single acupoint groupafter the treatment of the headache points(p<0.05),the results show that in the treatment of migraine acupoint compatibility group the curative effect is better than that of single acupoint group.Conclusion: In terms of immediate analgesic effect and total curative effect,acupoint compatibility Group and single Acupoint group were effective for migraine.The immediate analgesic effect of acupoint compatibility group is better than that of single Acupoint group,which can reduce the number of seizures,reduce the degree of pain and reduce the duration of pain.Therefore,the combination of acupoints based on data mining is better than single acupoint in the treatment of migraine,which is worthy of clinical application.
