| Objective:Based on data mining technology,this paper obtains the single acupoint group and acupoint compatibility group of acupuncture treatment for palpitation,and compares the curative effect of two groups of treatment schemes for palpitation.The purpose is to explore the selection and compatibility of acupoints for palpitation treatment by acupuncture,and to provide the basis and method for selecting acupoints for clinical treatment.Mmthods:A randomized controlled experimental method was used to divide the final 66 patients who met the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,abscission criteria and exclusion criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine into a single point control group(32 cases),needling Neiguan(32 cases),acupoint compatibility treatment group(34 cases),needling Neiguan,Shenmen and Zusanli(34 cases).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,the frequency of arrhythmia premature beats and the morphological grading of each group were observed.Result:1 After treatment,the number of arrhythmic ventricular premature frequency in the two groups decreased compared with before treatment.In the treatment group,12 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.23%.In the control group,10 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective and 12 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 62.50%.P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.2 Integral of TCM symptoms:After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms decreased in both groups,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Compared with needling single point Neiguan,the combination of needling Neiguan,Shenmen and Zusanli acupoints can better improve the frequency of premature beats in patients with palpitation.2 The acupoint compatibility method has better effect on patients TCM symptoms,accompanied by palpitation,chest tightness,shortness of breath and fatigue symptoms.3 The long-term effect of acupoint compatibility group on patients with palpitation is better than that of single acupoint group. |
