Clinical Observation On The Combination Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion At Single Acupoint And Acupoint For Amenorrhea

Objective:Data mining of literatures on acupuncture treatment of amenorrhea published from January 2007 to December 2017 was carried out by using traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant software in order to explore the characteristics of acupoints and compatibility rules of acupuncture treatment of amenorrhea,and to observe the difference of clinical efficacy of single acupoint and acupoint compatibility in treating amenorrhea respectively.Methods:1.Using computer and manual search methods,the domestic journal literatures on acupuncture treatment of amenorrhea from January 2007 to December 2017 were collected and the literature database was established.This paper analyzed the acupoints in the literature prescription by using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant system,and summarized the acupoint characteristics and compatibility rules of acupuncture treatment of amenorrhea.2.To observe the curative effect of acupuncture on amenorrhea.Seventy-two patients with amenorrhea were randomly divided into compatibility group and single-point group according to the order of treatment.The compatibility group was treated with acupuncture at Sanyinjiao-Guanyuan.The single-point group was treated with acupuncture at Sanyinjiao.The menstrual volume,color,quality,other symptoms and changes of FSH,LH and E2 in blood were recorded before and aftertreatment.The treatment of the two groups was analyzed by statistics.Effectiveness.Result:1.The results of data mining.The frequency of Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan used in the treatment of amenorrhea ranked the first two,and the highest frequency of Sanyinjiao-Guanyuan used in acupoint compatibility analysis.2.The results of clinical research.There was a significant difference in the total curative effect of Sanyinjiao single point and Sanyinjiao-Guanyuan combination therapy for amenorrhea between the two groups(p<0.05);before and after treatment,there was a significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes in the compatibility group(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the single point group(P>0.05);after treatment,there was a significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups(p<0.05);before and after treatment,there were significant differences in FSH,LH and E2 in the compatibility group.There were significant differences in LH and E2 between single-point group and single-point group,but there was no significant difference in FSH between single-point group and single-point group(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Deficiency of the kidney,liver,heart,spleen and stomach or obstruction of Ren Chongmai are the main causes of amenorrhea.2.Acupuncture of Sanyinjiao-Guanyuan has better effect on amenorrhea than single point of Sanyinjiao.It mainly embodies in improving menstrual volume,color and quality,alleviating symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,regulating hormone level and reducing recurrence rate.
