Objective: By observing the clinical effect of single acupuncture point and the combination of acupoints in treating knee osteoarthritis,it provides the basis for the clinical selection of acupoints in treating knee osteoarthritis and the synergistic effect of the combination of acupoints. Methods:All subjects from December 2017 to December 2018,our hospital acupuncture clinics, diagnostic criteria, would be consistent with the into the discharge standard after screening of 67 cases of KOA patients, based on the principles of randomized controlled trials, divided into groups of acupoints compatibility(experimental group)and single cavity group(control group),the compatibility of acupoints group of 34 people, single cavity group of 33 people.Single point group selection: inner genu eye.Acupoints compatibility group selected points: internal genu eye,tu bi,yangling spring.Specific treatment scheme: 1 course of treatment within 10 days,1 day between courses of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment, followed up 4 weeks after the end of treatment.VAS scale and WOMAC scale were used to evaluate the comprehensive efficacy before and after treatment and during follow-up.Results: Before the test, the basic conditions(age, gender, course of disease)of the subjects in the two groups were statistically controlled(P>0.05),showing comparability.Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the compatibility group and the single point group was 94.12% and 69.70%,respectively,and the obvious efficiency of the compatibility group was significantly higher than that of the single point group(P <0.01).VAS score and WOMAC score all showed that the efficacy of acupoint compatibility group was better than that of single point group. Conclusion: The treatment schemes of both groups can alleviate knee pain, joint stiffness and improve daily activity ability of KOA patients. The improvement degree of knee pain, life ability and joint stiffness in the experimental group is better than that in the single point group, and the effect of the experimental group is better in the persistence ofcurative effect.
