Clinical Observation On The Combination Of Single Acupoint And Acupoint In The Treatment Of Simple Obesity With Catgut Embedding At Acupoints

Objective:In this study,acupoint catgut embedding therapy for simple obesity as the main research content,through the traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform V2.5(TCMISS)software,summarized the recent 5 years of acupoint catgut embedding treatment of simple obesity clinical literature,According to the rule of acupoint selection and prescription,the patients with simple obesity were included and excluded by standardization.The effect of the combination of Tianqiu point and Fenglong point on simple obesity was compared with that of Tianqiu point.The difference of body weight and BMI between the two methods was observed,so as to evaluate the clinical curative effect of the combination of Tianshu and Fenglong on simple obesity,as well as the theory of acupoint compatibility and the therapeutic effect of Fenglong point on simple obesity.Clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of simple obesity acupoints optimization to provide scientific basis.Results: 1.In this study,72 cases of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness were collected.There were 36 cases of treatment group(Tianqiu point,Fenglong point),3 cases of shedding,36 cases of control group(Tianqiu point),4 cases of shedding.In the treatment group,5 cases were male and 28 cases were female,the average age was35.70±9.95 years,while in the control group,9 cases were male and 23 cases were female,the average age was 36.72±12.00 years.The age of the two groups was tested by t test,t =7.38,p = 0.71 > 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in age between the two groups,and there was comparability between the two groups.Inspection,x = 0.341,P= 0.71 > 0.05,indicating that there is no statistical difference between the two groups in sex,and it is comparable.2.There were 32 cases in treatment group,0 cases cured,20 cases markedly effective,9cases effective,4 cases ineffective.The average body weight was 74.79 ± 9.6 kg before treatment and 70.30±9.40 kg after treatment,the total effective rate was 87%.In the control group(single point)33 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective.The average body weight was 73.78±8.37 kg beforetreatment and 70.35±7.34 kg after treatment,the total effective rate was 72%,the statistical analysis showed that the total effective rate was 72%,the average body weight was 73.78±8.37 kg before treatment and 70.35±7.34 kg after treatment.P = 0.04 < 0.05 Statistical significance showed that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: point embedding single point(Tianshu)and acupoint matching group(Tianshu,Fenglong)are effective in the treatment of simple obesity,and the effect of acupoint compatibility group is better than that of single point.
