| Objective:To explore the effect of Shenlingbaizhu Power medicinal liquid in the treatment of spleen-qi deficiency type CRS,and provide help for the treatment of CRS with external therapy of Chinese medicine.Methods:The clinical research on the treatment of CRS(spleen-qi weakness)with Shenlingbaizhu Power medicinal liquid Fumigation with Traditional Chinese Medicine adopts a randomized,single-blind,parallel-controlled research method.A total of 60 outpatients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to August 2020 were selected.They are in line with the diagnosis of spleen-qi deficiency type CRS in TCM.They were treated with Shenlingbaizhu Powder as the basic treatment,and Fumigation with Traditional Chinese Medicine as the main external therapy.The patients were randomly divided into 30 cases of Chinese medicine nasal smoked group(treatment group),30 cases of steam nose smoking group(control group),basic treatment plus external therapy for 1 month.The patients underwent nasal endoscopy and TCM syndrome inquiries after the initial diagnosis and one month after treatment,and the data was retained.Quantitative evaluation of endoscopy(Lund-Kennedy score)and CRS TCM syndrome score were used to evaluate the curative effect.Results:Quantitative evaluation of nasal endoscopy(Lund-Kennedy score):the total scores of treatment group and control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and there was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of rhinorrhea between the Chinese medicine nasal smoked group and the steamed nasal group.The score of rhinoplasty syndrome:both the treatment group and the control group had a lower total score after treatment than before.Among them,the Chinese medicine nasal smoked group can improve the runny nose and hyposmia statistically.However,there is no statistically significant difference in the improvement of symptoms such as nasal mucosal edema,nasal blockage,and head pain.Conclusion:We found that taking Shenlingbaizhu Powder as the basis for the treatment of spleen-qi deficiency type CRS has achieved good results,and the addition of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group as the main external treatment can improve rhinorrhea,runny nose,and hyposmia better than steamed nasal group.No side effect occurred during the treatment,indicating that oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with liquid nasal fumigation is safe and effective. |
