To Explore The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes With Qi And Yin Deficiency By Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction Based On The “ All Five Viscera Are Ofgentleness”

Objective: To observe the effect of Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with qi and yin deficiency.This paper discusses the partial action mechanism and provides the clinical evidence basis for the further popularization and application of this side.Methods: 84 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups by random: the treated group(42 cases)and the control group(42cases).The two groups were both treated with Foundation treatment,andthe treated group added Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction,the control group with placebo,Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical symptoms and changes on FBG,P2 h BG,Hb Alc,FINS,HOMA-IR,TCM syndrome score of two groups patients were observed after treatment.Results: The two groups both achieved good performance in grouping,setting of baseline and comparability.(1)After treatment,compared with control group,hungry thirsty to drink more,eat more easily,languid lazy,five upset hot,shortness of breath,palpitation,insomnia,constipation,These symptoms in the treatment group,total effective rate were significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)After treatment,there were significant differences in TC-M syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating thatboth groups could improve TCM syndrome differentiation.The comparison of TCM syndromes in the control group and the treatment group(P<0.05)indicates that the improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group is more obvious than that of the control group.(3)After treatment,FBG,P2 h BG and Hb Alc in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,FBG,Hb Alc the reduction is more obvious and The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group had better effect than the control group on lowering blood glucose and improving glycos ylated hemoglobin.(4)After treatment,FINS,HOMA-IR were Significantly lower,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It showed that the treatment group improved insulin resistance better than the control group.(5)The total efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Because the total effective rate oftreat ment group and control group was 92.50% and 70.73% respectively.In the course of this study,no serious adverse reactions such as poisoning and syncope were observed,and the safety indexes of the three conventional,hepatic and renal functions and ecg were all normal.Conclusion: Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction treat type 2 diabetes qi and Yin deficiency syndrome curative effect is distinct and safe,it is worthy of clinical popularization.
