| Objective: to observe the intestinal stasis Decoction in the treatment of radiation enteritis(virtual reality(spleen)(Blood Stasis Toxin)card)the clinical efficacy and safety,and through literature research,statistical analysis,expert consultation method,with the scientific and objective perspective,select the relevant evaluation indicators of efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.Inheritance of famous medicine experience,the spread of Chinese medicine culture valuable for the benefit of patients.Methods : the study of ancient books and literature related to radiation enteritis(RE),from the study of the name of RE,the pathogenesis,the dialectical classification,the dialectical treatment,the basic prescription,the unilateral prescription,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment and the modern western medicine literature,from the epidemiology and the etiology.In order to comprehensively explore the research progress of RE,pathological mechanism,diagnosis and treatment.According to the frequency of drug use of Wu Yuhua's chief physician,the highest number of drugs and the highest frequency of clinical dialectical occurrence were summed up,and the treatment of radioactive enteritis was described objectively.80 cases of voluntary experimental researchers in the outpatient and hospitalized patients of the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Institute of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,each of which were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases each,the control group took0.3g/ times of levofloxacin,2 times / day + droperidine hydrochloride 3g/ times,3times / the control group.Days,14 days were 1 cycles,essential parenteral nutrition was necessary,and the treatment group was added "enteria soup" on the basis of the control group.The treatment group and the control group were used to evaluate the curative effect of the treatment group and the control group on the improvement of the clinical symptoms,the quality of life,the adverse reaction,the long-term effect and so on.Whether there is any difference in the size of the effect,and collate and analyze,draw a conclusion,evaluate the curative effect.Clinical observation: The Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of traditionalChinese medicine from December 2015 to December 2017 received radiotherapy for RE after outpatient or inpatient study voluntarily accept patients who were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,treatment for 14 days for a course of treatment,curative effect evaluation of treatment group and control group respectively.The clinical symptoms of drugs with the degree of improvement,quality of life and adverse reactions,and other aspects of the long-term efficacy and side effects of the size of the difference,and analysis,concluded that the evaluation of efficacy.Results: through the review of the literature research progress of the disease,it is found that there is no unified standard treatment for RE at present,and the therapeutic effect of existing means is not good.The purpose of this study is to summarize the latest research progress in literature,by director Wu Yuhua of the disease dialectical medication thought(the actual card),the use of "intestinal stasis Decoction" prescription: Astragalus,Codonopsis,Atractylodes,Poria,bright orange peel,medicated leaven,coix seed,patchouli,plum,pomegranate,Sanguisorba carbon,carbon,pollen Typhae 37 powder,white peony root,Scutellaria barbata,Hedyotis diffusa,licorice,drug addition and subtraction with the card.Conclusion: through clinical observation,it is confirmed that enteritis decoction is effective in treating radiation enteritis(spleen deficiency,dampness accumulation,Stasis Toxin and internal nodal type),it can improve the symptoms of radiation enteritis,and has no obvious toxic and side effects,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
