Objective:Through the animal experiment to observe the effect of Qingrezhixie soup, And preliminary explore the mechanism of this Prescription to effectively prevent radioactive rectum damage.Content:By paired observation to give Qingrezhixie soup and western medicine enema preventing radiation proctopathy model rats Rectum histopathologic change and the changes of antioxidant enzymes in serum.Exploring the relationship of the change of antioxidant system with Qingrezhixie soup of effectively preventing radioactive damage mechanism.Methods:Divide120adult healthy rats into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (group A,30),Western medicine treatment group (group B,30), model control group (group C,30) and normal control group (group D,30) randomly. Group A, B, and C are all in six MV high-energy x-rays linear accelerator to give the whole abdominal illumination to the rats, building the radiation proctopathy model.10days before irradiation, group A keeps enema by Qingrezhixie soup. Giving group B dexamethasone solution, group C and D saline, all one time on the second day, lasting10days. Kill the rats1-3days after illumination.Take the issues of Terminal ileum appears and middle Rectum.After10%paraformal-dehyde for24hours, paraffined, section, HE stained, then observe each group the morphological changes of intestinal tissue. In another1.5ml serum in liquid nitrogen cooling fast, then store them into—195.8℃liquid nitrogen. Through kits testing activity changes serum of each group and organization of antioxidant enzymes SOD, MDA and GSH Px.Resultsl:①In general:Rats after irradiation day1up all have different degrees of diarrhea. Day2is blood samples stools, Model rats’spirit is obvious lower than Qingrezhixie soup group and dexamethasone group,less activities, more Bloody stools and diarrhea accompanied by a large undigested food residue.②Observed by light microscopy, villi of small intestine with edema in model group, inflammatory cells leaching, part of chorioepithelium cells fall off and erosioed.And the hight of villus reduced.The villus of group Qingrezhixie soup and dexamethasone is relatively completed. Mucosa edema is lighter, less inflammatory exudate, the hight of villus is higher.③The activity changes of Antioxidant enzymes SOD, MDA and GSH-Px:after3days’illumination, model control group and normal control group compared, the activity reduced significantly,with a highly statistical significance (P<0.01). By comparing group of Qingrezhixie soup and dexamethasone with model control group, The activity rised significantly,with a highly statistical significance (P<0.01). By comparing group of Qingrezhixie soup and dexamethasone,the difference among SOD、MDA and GSH-Px have no Statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingrezhixie soup is the effective prescription in treating the Acute radiation proctopathy, which can significantly improve the symptoms of radiation proctopathy rat models spitting yellow, blood stools and so on.It can also significantly improve the activity of Antioxidant enzymes SOD, MDA and GSH-Px in Model rats’serum and Rectum organization. Maybe it is one of the mechanism to treat the acute radioactive enteritis.
