| Objective: To compare therapeutic effects of the treatment of Wojian-Bashen message and traditional massage on the Periarthritis of Shoulder in Adhesive St age with my tutor's clinical experience,this topic aims at exploring the best pr actice of strong pertinence,litter side effect,safe and effective and easily acce pted,to evaluate the clinical effect of Wojian-Bashen message in the treatment of adhesion periarthritis of shoulder.make objective evaluation to the advantage of the treatment.Methods: 60 cases of cervical insomnia patients meeting the criteria were serially numbered according to 1-60,then randomly assigned to two groups,30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.Each group has 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with wojian-bashen method.the control group was treated with traditional massage metho.Two groups of treatment 1 times a day,5times a week,a total of 10 times of a couses.A total of 2 courses of treatment(4weeks).Pain visual analogue score(VAS)and Criteria for judging the treatment results of shoulder joint diseases of Japanese Orthopedic Surgery Society(JOA)were used to evaluate the improvement of symptoms and signs of patients.At the end of the course,the data were analyzed statistically.Results:(1)General data comparison before treatment: Before treatment,there was no difference in age,sex,course of disease,VAS score and JOA total score between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that those groups were comparable.(2)Before and after treatment,the groups were compared intra: before and after treatment,VAS score and JOA score were compared,and statistical analysis showed that there were differences(P < 0.05),indicating that both massage methods had clinical efficacy in the treatment of the adhersion type of Scapulohumeral periarthritis.(3)Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment: After one course of treatment,VAS score,shoulder joint function score,activity score and JOA score of the two groups were significantly different in statistical analysis(P < 0.05),indicating that the comprehensive effect of Wojian-Bashen massage in the first course of treatment was better than traditional massage.After two courses of treatment,there were significant differences in statistical analysis(P < 0.05),indicating that the comprehensive effect of Wojian-Bashen massage was better than that of traditional massage.(4)After treatment,the effective rate and markedness rate of the two groups were compared: the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the markedness rate was 63.66%;the effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,and the markedness rate was 36.67%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the markedness rate of Wojian-Bashen massage was better than that of traditional massage Conclusion: The study shows that two massage methods can cure the pain,improve daily living ability,shoulder joint function and mobility of patients with the adhersion type of Scapulohumeral periarthritis.However,the Wojian-Bashen massage is superior to traditional massage in clinical efficacy evaluation and treatment recovery rate,especially in improving symptoms and signs of patients with adhersion type of Scapulohumeral periarthritis in a short period of time.Continuous treatment can achieve better curative effect,further improve the condition,increase the number of patients recovered,simple clinical operation,easy to study,with good practicability,so it has a higher clinical application and promotion value. |
