| Objective: In order to further verify the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on the tongue image and clinical efficacy of heat-toxic colorectal cancer,this study evaluated the clinical efficacy of Qingre Xiaoji Formula in the treatment of heat-toxic colorectal cancer by studying the tongue image,clinical symptoms,quality of life and related safety examinations of patients with heat-toxic incandescent colorectal cancer,and provided objective and scientific evidence for further validating the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the tongue image and clinical efficacy of heat-toxic incandescent colorect BasisMethod: 54 cases in this study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in the proportion of 1:1(27 cases in the treatment group and other 27 cases in the control group).The treatment group was given decoction of Qingre Xiaoji Formula three times after meals per day.The control group was only given Xi Huang Capsules four capsules two times per day.The duration of the treatment was 20 days.Tongue manifestation,heat toxin accumulation syndrome and quality of life were compared between two groups before and after treatment through statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.00%,and that of the control group was 60.00%.The difference was significant(P < 0.05).The improvement of tongue image in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).2.After treatment,the score of heat toxicity incandescence in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.00%,while that of the control group was 64.00%.The improvement of heat toxicity incandescence in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the KPS scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the KPS scores of patients(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,the QOL scores of both groups were improved(P < 0.05),and the quality of life in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5.Drug safety: There was no significant difference in safety index between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05),and in the course of the study,patients' vital signs were stable,no discomfort symptoms and no adverse reactions occurred.It shows that Qingre Xiaoji Formula has good safety in treatment.Conclusion: Qingre Xiaoji Decoction has obvious effect on improving the tongue image of patients with heat-toxic colorectal cancer.It can effectively improve the tongue image of patients with heat-toxic colorectal cancer,improve symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.Qingre Xiaoji Formula is effective and has no obvious toxic and side effects,which deserves further study. |
