| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qing Wen Baidu Yin in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis caused by heat toxin accumulation.Methods:70 patients with the syndrome of facial hormone dependent dermatitis with heat toxin accumulation were divided into treatment group and control group with the method of random number table,35 patients in each group.Control group: the skin disease blood poison tablets were given orally,twice a day,six tablets each time,0.5g each.Treatment group: take Qing Wen Baidu Yin Decoction orally,1 dose per day,2 bags per dose,150 ml / bag,take it in the morning and evening for 30 minutes after meals.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Subjective symptoms(itching,pain,scorching,drying / desquamation),subjective symptoms(Chao Hong,swelling,telangiectasia,acne like skin rash,skin atrophy),three symptoms of TCM symptoms(irritability,dry mouth,dysphagia,dry stool and yellow urine)were scored on the day of treatment and weekly consultation.After treatment,the scores of the treatment group and the control group were statistically analyzed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the effective rate of the two groups after treatment.Results:1.The control group and the treatment group have significant effects in improving subjective symptoms(pruritus,pain,burning,dryness / desquamation),objective symptoms(flushing,swelling,telangiectasia,acne like rash,skin atrophy),Chinese medicine symptoms(irritability,dry mouth,bitterness of mouth,dry stool,yellow urine)and so on.Statistical analysis results p< 0.05,The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.According to the comparative analysis of the treatment effect,the effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,2 cases were cured,8 cases were obviously effective,15 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective;the treatment group was 91.43%,6 cases were cured,17 cases were obviously effective,9 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,which was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.General safety indexes: there were no related abnormalities in blood cell analysis,urine analysis,liver function and kidney function before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion: 1.Qing Wen Baidu Yin Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis.2.It is safe and reliable to treat facial hormone dependent dermatitis with Qing Wen Baidu Yin Decoction. |
