Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Qingre Huazhuo Xiaopi Decoction On Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver(Damp-heat Accumulation Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Huazhuo Xiaopi Decoction in treating patients with damp-heat accumulation type non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD),to clarify its efficacy and safety,and to provide a reference for its clinical application.Methods:A total of 80 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver(damp-heat accumulation type)were selected and randomly divided into a test group(40cases)and a control group(40 cases).Both groups were given silybin capsules orally,and the test group was given Qingre Huazhuo Xiaopi Decoction,and both groups were treated with oral drugs for 12 weeks.Record and analyze the liver/spleen CT ratio,TCM syndrome score,liver function and blood lipid improvement and drug safety of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.The overall clinical effective rate:92.5% in the test group and82.5% in the control group.The efficacy of the test group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05);2.The efficacy of TCM syndrome:the effective rate of the test group is 97.5%,and the control group is 90%,the degree of reduction in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.01);3.In terms of improving ALT,TC,TG,HDL:the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.01);4.In improving liver/spleen CT In terms of ratio:the test group is better than the control group(P<0.01);5.Drug safety indicators:no abnormal drug safety indicators were found in all observed cases during the treatment process,and no adverse events or adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:1.Qingre Huazhuo Xiaopi Decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of NAFLD patients with damp-heat accumulation type.2.Qingre Huazhuo Xiaopi Decoction can effectively improve the liver function,blood lipid level,liver/spleen CT ratio of NAFLD patients with damp-heat accumulation type,and there is no obvious adverse drug reaction during the treatment.
