Clinical Research Of Cervical Vertebra Prescription No.2 Plus Electroacupuncture For Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:.By comparing the VAS score before and after treatment,yasuhisa tanaka score and TCM syndrome score in a randomized controlled study,the clinical efficacy of cervical vertebra no.2 prescription plus or minus combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis with qi stagnation and blood stasis was objectively and systematically evaluated.Methods:From December 2017 to January 2019,60 cases that met the criteria were collected from the outpatient and inpatient department of yunnan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,and all the X-ray results indicated cervical spondylosis.There were nineteen male patients and forty-one females,and the minimum age was twenty-one years old,and the maximum age was fifty-five.The shortest course of disease was 1 day and the longest was 20 years.One of them was a student,while the rest were desk workers.We divided the sixty patients into three groups,called them A,B and c.The treatment group we called it group A,which were cervical vertebra no.2 prescription + electroacupuncture.The control group were cervical pain granules+ electroacupuncture,we called group B.The blank group we call it group C,only included electric acupuncture treatment.Each group has twenty patients in it.One week later,two weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,we compare the difference of VAS score,yasuhisa tanaka score and TCM syndrome score,and analysis them.Result:(1)After One week’s remedy,the treatment group had obviously lower VAS pain scores than the blank group,and the control group also made it either(P < 0.017).However,there was no significant difference in the improvement of yasuhisa tanaka score and TCM syndrome score among the three groups(P > 0.017).(2)2 weeks treatment compared with before treatment,three groups all can improve the scales(p < 0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than that of other groups,However,compared between the two groups,the cervical pain granule +electroacupuncture group and the pure electroacupuncture group in pain,daily work and life skills,and improve the aspects,such as the function of hand there was no statistically significant difference(p > 0.017).(3)The VAS score of the treatment group,the control group and the blank group could be decreased to different degrees,and the yasuhisa tanaka score could be increased,and the TCM syndrome score could be improved to different degrees(p <0.05).The treatment group’s VAS score is higher than Group B and C’s(p <0.017),but Control group and blank group had no difference(p > 0.017).(4)At the end of two courses of treatment,a comprehensive comparison was made on the total efficacy of the three groups,with a significant difference(0.01 < P <0.02),SO we think that the treatment group has better effect than the control group,and the total curative effect of cervical pain granule combined with electroacupuncture was higher than that of the pur electroacupuncture group.Conclusion:.This way’s effect is definite,and it is worthy of widespreeding.
