Objective: According to the quantitative criteria of symptom score of dysmenorrhea,VAS score and TCM symptom score of 60 patients with dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and stasis type, the clinical curative effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture on dysmenorrhea of cold blood stasis type was discussed. To explore the significance and spreading value of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture in treating dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and stasis type(primary). Methods:The patients from the acupuncture and moxibustion department of the affiliated hospital of the Changchun University of Traditional Medicine and the gynaecological clinic and the treatment area are coded according to the time of the visit, and then 60 random numbers are obtained in the random digital form corresponding to the patient codes, and the generated 60 random numbers are arranged in a small and large order,In the treatment group, the number of patients corresponding to the random number of the first 30 was the same as that of the control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group: The method of using heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment. And the control group: the traditional Chinese medicine which is administered with the addition and subtraction of the temperature and the decoction is orally taken.Three courses of treatment, after 3 courses of treatment, according to the visual analogue score The symptom score standard of dysmenorrhea and TCM syndrome scoring standard were observed to compare the curative effect of the two methods in treating dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and stasis type. Results:The general data of the patients were compared before treatment. The distribution of age and course of disease in the two groups were comparable and had no effect on the results of this study. The scores of VAS before and after treatment, the scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms and TCM syndromes before and after treatment were recorded, and the data of each period were analyzed statistically. It was found that the scores of dysmenorrheal symptoms between the two groups after treatment were 2.931 and 0.003 < 0.05 respectively, which indicated that the treatment group had more advantages in improving the score of dysmenorrhea symptoms after treatment.Patients' V before and after three courses of treatment The scores of AS and TCM syndrome before and after treatment were all higher than 0.05,there was no statistical significance.Compared with the VAS score, dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM syndrome score after three courses of treatment, the two groups had statistical significance before and after treatment, suggesting that the two treatment methods can effectively reduce the three clinical quantitative points.According to the TCM syndrome score of the two groups, the curative effect of TCM syndrome was compared between the two groups. The results showed that the treatment group was cured in 0 cases, markedly effective in 5cases,effective in 19 cases, ineffective in 6 cases, and the total effective rate was 80.0%.The control group was cured in 0 cases, effective in 1 person, effective in 17 and ineffective in 12.The total effective rate was 60.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture was better than the control group treated with Wenjing decoction.According to the symptom score of dysmenorrhea after treatment, the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups was compared. The results showed that the treatment group was cured in 7 cases, effective in 6,effective in12 and ineffective in 5.The total effective rate was 83.3%.The control group was cured in 3 patients, effective in 1,effective in 16 and ineffective in 10.The total effective rate was 66.7%.The comparison of symptoms and therapeutic effects between the two groups was statistically significant. It can be concluded that the treatment group treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture is better than the treatment group treated by oral treatment of Wenjing decoction combined with subtractive treatment. The therapeutic control group. Conclusion:In the treatment group treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture and the control group treated with oral Wenjing decoction, the two groups had good curative effect in improving the VAS score, dysmenorrhea symptom integral and TCM syndrome integral, and the other two groups had good curative effect in improving the VAS score, dysmenorrhea symptom integral and TCM syndrome integral. The treatment group treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture was better than the control group in relieving the symptoms of patients and TCM syndrome.
