Objective:to observe the effect of tongjing prescription combined with tai chi and moxibustion on the improvement of symptoms of abdominal pain and general discomfort in patients with primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and to protect women's physical and mental health.Methods: 71 cases included in the standard of primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature of blood stasis syndrome patients into two groups according to random number table method,the treatment group has 36 cases by oral dysmenorrhea with tai chi moxibustion therapy,the control group has 35 cases by oral dysmenorrhea treatment,treatment of three menstrual cycles(after 3 course of treatment),lower abdomen pain,Chinese medicine clinical symptoms was observed and the changes of blood rheology,and statistical analysis of the results.Result:1.Comparison of the curative effect of dysmenorrhea before and after treatment: The treatment group's total effective rate was 87.5% and 75% in the control group.comparisonof the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)showed no significant difference between the two groups,indicating comparability.After treatment,the two groups were compared within the group(P<0.05),and the difference was significant,indicating that the symptoms of dysmenorrhea in both groups were significantly relieved after treatment.After treatment,the two groups were compared(P<0.05),and the difference was significant,indicating that the treatment group improvedysmenorrhea symptoms better;In the treatment of the effect of light,medium and severe dysmenorrhea,comparison between the two way,there was no significant difference mild and severe curative effect(P > 0.05),moderate dysmenorrhea efficacy have a significant difference(P < 0.05),the two kinds of treatment in improving the light treatment,severe dysmenorrhea,in respect of the curative effect of treatment of moderate pain,the treatment group is better than the control group.2.Comparison of TCM clinical symptom scores before and after treatment:The treatment group's total effective rate was 87.5% and 71.9% in the control group.in terms of improving the symptoms of abdominal pain,duration,limb coldness,chills,anus drop and distention,nausea and vomiting,stools and so on,there was no significant difference between the two groups in symptom scores before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable;After treatment,the symptom scores of patients in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in symptoms between the two groups except the amount of menstrual period(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Comparison of hemorheology before and after treatment: after passing the test,before treatment(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,indicating comparability;After treatment,the two groups were compared within the group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between groups showed statistical significance(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The results of this study showed that tongjing prescription combined with tai chi and moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis,and its basic mechanism may be related to the change of hemorheology,which is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
