Study On Mechanism Of Clinical Observation Of Modified Wenjing Huayu Zhitong Granules In Treating Adenomyosis(Cold Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: In this study,patients with adenomyosis(cold blood stasis syndrome)were treated with a self-made Wenjing Huayu Zhitong Recipe to explore the pathogenesis of adenomyosis(cold blood stasis syndrome)and self-made Wenjing Hua The clinical efficacy of Yuzhitong Recipe provides a good theoretical basis and effective treatment plan for the clinical treatment of adenomyosis(cold blood stasis syndrome),applying the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and expanding new treatment ideas and methodsMethods: This topic collected 72 patients with adenomyosis(cold blood stasis syndrome)who were diagnosed with adenomyosis by Western medicine in the outpatient clinic of Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020.Patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the experimental group were given self-prepared Wenjing Huayu Zhitong Recipe,and 30 patients in the control group were given Sanjie Zhentong Capsules.Among them,4 patients in the experimental group and 5 patients in the control group dropped off.patient.The experimental group was given self-made prescriptions(Hongteng,Baijiang,Sanleng,Zedoary Turmeric,Poria,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Red Peony Root,Dan Bark,Saponin,Dilong,Cumin,Guizhi,Dried Ginger),all of which are formulated granules.On the 14 th day of the menstrual cycle,the self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction was taken orally,decocted in water twice a day,150 ml each in the morning and evening,for 14 days.The control group was given Sanjie Analgesic Capsules.Start taking it on the 14 th day of the menstrual cycle,4 capsules at a time,3 times a day for 14 days.Consecutive service for 3menstrual cycles.No other analgesics were taken during the medication,and the medication was discontinued for observation after 3 menstrual cycles and followed up for 3 months.For cured cases,follow-up will be conducted 3 months after the end of treatment.In this study,the patient’s own photos before and after treatment and the comparison with the control group were used to observe the menstrual condition and accompanying symptoms of the patients before and after treatment.The clinical data are all entered into the Excel table,the contents of the clinical observation table are filled in,and the SPSS19.0 software is used for statistical analysis.Comment on the clinical efficacy of Youyou’s self-made Wenjing Huayu Zhitong Recipe and Sanjie Analgesic Capsule in the treatment of adenomyosis of cold blood stasis type.Results: After 3 courses of treatment,a total of 60 patients(cold blood stasis syndrome)patients with uterine muscular adenopathy,of which the experimental group30 cases: 5 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.The proportions were 16.67%,43.33%,26.67%,13.34%,and the total effective rate was 86.66%.The 30 cases in the control group: 2 cases were cured,8cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective,accounting for 6.67%,26.67%,43.33%,23.33% respectively,and the total effective rate was 76.67%.Both groups of drugs have effects.Statistical analysis of the changes in TCM symptom scores before and after treatment showed statistical significance.The two groups have significant differences in efficacy,indicating that the effect of the self-made prescription is significantly better than that of Sanjie Analgesic Capsules.Patients in the experimental group and the control group were followed up after three cycles of drug withdrawal.The experimental group recovered 7 cases and only 1 case relapsed.In the control group,5 cases were cured and 2 cases relapsed.It shows that the experimental group is better than the control group in terms of long-term treatment effect.Conclusion: According to the observation and analysis of clinical experiments,the self-made Wenjing Huayu Zhitong Decoction has better treatment of uterine muscles(cold blood stasis syndrome),has no side effects,has a lower recurrence rate,and is safer.This prescription is clinically worthy of use.
