The Clinical Observation Of Zhuang Medicine Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Male Infertility

Objective: In order to test and evaluate the clinical effect of Zhuang medicine acupuncture to treat the male infertility,we compared the clinical treatment effect of Zhuang medicine acupuncture and acupuncture,and described the mechanism of Zhuang medicine acupuncture to treat male infertility, so as to provide a method and basis for the future clinical application of Zhuang medicine acupuncture therapy for male infertility.Methods:The 48 cases corresponded to the select standards of this research were randomly assigned to the Zhuang medicine acupuncture group(the group using Zhuang medicine acupuncture treatment)and the acupuncture group(the group using acupuncture treatment),and both the two groups of patients received three-month treatment.The semen analysis and the pregnancy ratewere considered to assessment the efficacy.All the data were analyzed by the statistical software SPSS 17.0.Results:In this study,1 case was shedded because of personal reason. After 3 courses of treatment,the semen parameters of the two groups were improved.Zhuang medicine acupuncture group 5 cases were cured,9 cases markedly effective in 5 cases,5 cases were invalid,effective rate was 79.17%;the acupuncture group,6 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective 4 cases,invalid 5 cases,efficiency 78.26%,two groups of clinical curative effect by rank sum test,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)rather,the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Zhuang medicine acupuncture group after the treatment of 4 cases of pregnant women,pregnancy rate was 16.67%;the acupuncture group after treatment of the pregnant women in pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 13.04%,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The results show that these two methods are very effective in the improvement of male infertility.Conclusion:Zhuang medicine cupuncture treatment can effectively improve the sperm density,improve sperm motility,sperm motility and liquefaction time.As one of the traditional national treatment of our motherland,Zhuang medicine acupuncture’s recognition and acceptance in clinical is still low than acupuncture. However,its unique theoretical core and operating methods also bring a safe,reliable and obvious clinical efficacy,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic to provide another way for the treatment of male infertility.
