Data Mining On The Dosing Pattern Of Herbal Fumigating Sitz Bath For Postoperative Wound Healing Of Anal Fissure

Objective: To analyze the characteristics and patterns of the use of Chinese herbal fumigating sitz baths on the healing of post-operative anal fissure wounds with the aid of data mining methods,and to summarize the patterns of fumigating sitz baths on the healing of post-operative wounds by modern medical practitioners,so as to provide clinical reference for the treatment of post-operative anal fissures with Chinese fumigating sitz baths.Methods:The literature on the treatment of postoperative trauma healing of anal fissure with Chinese herbal fumigating sitz baths collected from the database of China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Wipu and China Biomedical Literature Database until December 31,2022,was screened and included by Noteexpress and Microsoft Office Excel software to meet the criteria,and data mining was performed by SPSS MODELOR and SPSS Statistics software to analyze the frequency of drugs,the frequency of sexual flavor attribution,cluster analysis and correlation analysis,and to analyze the characteristics and patterns of drug use.Results:1.High frequency medication frequency statisticsA total of 184 fumigation baths were included,involving 129 herbal medicines,which appeared 1609 times in total,of which 39 herbal medicines had a frequency of ≥10 times,including Huang Bai,Bitter Ginseng,Da Huang,Mangosteen,Wu Bei Zi,Angelica Sinensis,Di Yu,Bing Shen,Honeysuckle,Atractylodes,Frankincense,Red Peony,Fang Feng,Dandelion,Pepper,Alum,Myrrh,Dahurica,Licorice,Amaranthus,Yan Hu Suo,Safflower,Sophora,Thornbush,Wild Chrysanthemum,Gentiana macrophylla,Scutellaria baicalensis,Peach kernel,Radix et Rhizoma Dioscoreae,White fresh bark,Forsythia lanceolata,Serpent’s bed,Phellodendron sibiricae,Chuan Wu,Dihuanghuang,Bai He,Chuan Xiong,Pomegranate bark,Zedoary.2.Statistics of efficacy,nature and taste,and tropismThe main drugs used were heat clearing(525 times,32.63%),blood activating and stasis removing(184 times,11.44%),antidiarrheal(177 times,11.00%),and hemostatic(111 times,6.90%);The first three times of four gas frequency were as follows: cold(1003 times),warm(435 times),and flat(156times);The first three digits were frequent during the five tastants: bitter(1030 times),Xin(588 times),Gan(340 times);Belonging to the top five meridians: Liver Meridian(961),stomach meridian(637),large intestine meridian(608),spleen meridian(585),heart meridian(525).3.Association rule statisticsSetting the support level at 10 and the confidence level at 80%,a total of48 results were obtained.Among them,in descending order of the frequency of drug combinations,the top six were(1)"Bitter ginseng and Huang Bai and Wu Bei Zi"(2)"Huang Bai and Boswellia"(3)"Huang Bai and Dandelion "(4)"Boswellia and Myrrh"(5)"Phellodendron and Angelica dahurica"(6)"Phellodendron and Radix Paeoniae and Ginseng".4.Cluster analysisThe 39 Chinese herbal medicines with a frequency of ≥10 times were subjected to cluster analysis to obtain five categories of core drug combinations.Cluster I included rhubarb,angelica,frankincense,myrrh,yanhuosuo,gentiana,scutellaria,peach kernel,dihuang,baihe,and zedoary;cluster II included bitter ginseng,mangosteen,wupei,red peony,dandelion,pepper,dahurica,horsetail,licorice,groundnut,baixianpi,snake’s bed,and pomegranate bark;cluster III included ground elm,atractylodes,forsythia,acacia,and lateral cypress leaf;cluster IV included borneol,safflower,and chuanxiong;and cluster V included jingyinhua,thorax,wild chrysanthemum,forsythia,and Chuanwu.Conclusion(s):1.Use medication according to the different stages of the disease: in the early stage,clear the actual heat and remove blood stasis;in the middle stage,support the righteousness and detoxify the evil;in the late stage,nourish the righteousness and promote the healing of the wound with astringent and muscle-building medicines.2.The mainstay of the medicine is to clear heat and remove blood stasis;the medicinal properties are a combination of cold,warm and flat;the taste of the medicine is mainly bitter,pungent and sweet;and the meridians are mainly the liver meridian,followed by the stomach,large intestine,spleen and heart meridians.3.High frequency drugs have pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,and greater use of core drugs may be considered to enhance efficacy.4.The combination of Chinese herbs and new formulae is centred on clearing heat and invigorating blood,and its efficacy needs to be clinically proven.
