Study On The Constructing The Talent Cultivation Mode Of Nursing Professional In New Age

Objective: With the new age of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the acceleration of industrialization,informationization and urbanization in China,the people's demand for nursing services such as preventive health care,chronic disease management,geriatric care and rehabilitation has become more urgent.Under the multi-dimensional,multi-level and diversified needs of the people for nursing services,the total number of registered nurses in China is insufficient and their comprehensive quality is at present insufficient.The problem of weak service quality is prominent.Nurse training needs to consolidate the foundation of undergraduate nursing education in Colleges and universities.However,compared with the needs of the state,society and the public,there are many problems in the current professional nursing education in China,such as ideological and political education,curriculum system,teaching staff,teaching mode and evaluation methods.On the basis of fully demonstrating the dialectical relationship among the elements of nursing professional training,this study studied the training mode of nursing professional talents adapted to the needs of the new age and social development,aiming at training qualified builders and successors for the medical and nursing undertakings of the new age.Methods: On the basis of consulting a large number of documents and various documents issued by the General Office of the State Council and various ministries and commissions of the State Council,a questionnaire on the current situation of training mode of medical professionals for students and patients and measures for improving and improving the quality of medical and nursing services were designed according to the needs of the state,society and the existing problems in nursing education.Questionnaire survey was conducted among 360 medical students and 400 outpatients in two general tertiary first-class hospitals in our university.According to the statistical analysis results of the questionnaire,combined with the survey data of the current domestic authorities to guide the research.Results: By reviewing the development history of nursing education in China,it was concluded that nursing education had typical characteristics of the times.By studying General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on education and reading the documents issued by various ministries and commissions,it was clear that nursing education in the new era should follow the principle of "nine persistence" and "three basic tasks" to serve the construction of healthy China.It is our duty to guide the construction of talent cultivation mode with the demand of nursing posts as the guidance.Through literature research and questionnaire survey,we analyzed the current problems of nursing students in the process of talent cultivation in China,such as unstable professional thinking,incorrect values,imperfect curriculum system,unreasonable structure,weak team building of teachers,inadequate teaching reform ability,and ideological and political education.The main problems include low literacy,inadequate innovation in education and teaching modes,failure to cultivate and practice socialist core values throughout the whole process of personnel training,single evaluation system and absence of process evaluation.Conclusion: In the new age,nursing specialty should construct a talent training model by building a first-class teaching staff,renewing the concept of professional education,strengthening interdisciplinary integration,building professional curriculum system,expanding the direction of professional development,implementing strict quality control and promoting collaboration between nursing and teaching.In the process of personnel training,we should pay attention to the coordination between teacher training and teacher development,the coordination between students' quality education and value cultivation,the coordination between school training and social practice,the coordination between curriculum setting and teaching mode,the coordination between basic and training ability,the coordination between Ideological and political education and professional education,the coordination between training process and training evaluation,and the persistence of College teaching.Education and post-graduate education should be coordinated in order to improve the quality of nursing professionals training in an all-round way.
