Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Keyin Decoction In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Obiective:To explore the clinical effect of Keyin Decoction by observing several changes in patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris after the treatment,which includes the changes of curative effect,PAS I score,Pruritus score and safety.Method:According to the diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Modern Medicine,the inclusion and exclusion criteria of project,60 patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris were selected.The patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group(Keyin Decoction)and the control group(Compound Qingdai Capsule combined),with 30 cases in each group.PASI score was tested before and after the treatment,and the curative effects were measured.Results:1.The cured rate of the treatment group was 46.67%,which was statistically significant higher than the control group(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%.Although it was higher than the total effective rate of control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.PASI scored lower after the treatment in both groups.The PASI scores of two groups have improved after the treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.The Pruritus scores have improved after the treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:This research has confirmed that Keyin Decoction is a safe and effective method for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and has no side-effect.It is worth to be accepted as one of the treatment for psoriasis,and promoted to use widely.
