Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Of The Dehumidification Eliminate Mange Soup

Objective:To observe the validity and security of "Chu Shi Xiao Bi Tang" decoction in treating active psorasis vulgaris,which belongs to damp-heat pattern in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Metheods:We divided 52 case into two groups at random according to the different treatment applied.27 case in group therapy,treated by "Chu Shi Xiao Bi Tang".25 case in group comparison,treated with "Fu Fang Qing Dai" capsule.To evaluate the treatment effect by comparing PASI scores 12 weeks later,and analyze it with the software of SPSS13.0 for windows.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.18%while that of control group was 60.00%.There was significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05) from the total effective rata. The itching integral and the integral of tetter acreage,comparede with these before the treatment of two groups both got better obviously,but treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion:"Chu Shi Xiao Bi Tang" decoction has obvious effect on psorasis vulgaris.It can improve the clinical symptoms and that it has no obvious poisonous side effect."Chu Shi Xiao Bi Tang" is better than "Fu Fang Qing Dai" capsule in curative effect.
