Clinical Efficacy Observation Of TCM Combined With Low Doses Of Triptolide And Avi A Capsules In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective:Using Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) agreement No.2 or No.5 (liang xue jie du fang and yi qi huo xue fang) with small doses of Avi A or Tripterygium wilfordii to treat 116 patients with moderate to severe psoriasis.Observing the clinical actual effects of the solution,which can not only provide a new approach of clinical cure,but also provide evidence in the promotion of TCM and western medicine combined treatment.Method:The 116 patients of psoriasis who met with the inclusion and exclusion criteria came from the Chinese academy of medical sciences institute of dermatology clinics. And were divided into two groups based on the principle of non-randomized.57 patients with the type of xue yu,were gieven yi qi huo xue fang (bai xianpi 15 g,dang shen 12g, huang qi 30g,ku xingren 10g,fang feng 10g,e jiao 9g,cang erzi 10g,hou pu 12g,huang lian 3g,bai zhu 12g,gan jiang 3g,gan cao 2g,da zao 3g,gui zhi 8g) with small doses of Avi A 10 mg qd; 59 patients with the type of xue re, were gieven liang xue jie du fang(huang qi 12g,she shecao 15g,ku xingren 12g,yin hua 12g,yin chen 12g,di guypi 12g,sang baipi 12g,pu gongying 12g,lian qiao 12g,di dingcao 12g,xia kucao 10g,xuan shen 10g,tao ren 12g,gan cao 3g,zhe bei 10g) with tripterygium wilfordii of 33 ug qd. Using this treatment for one month,and observing three courses of treatment.Conclusion:1.57 patients with the type of xue yu,were gieven yi qi huo xue fang with small doses of Avi A,the total effective rate was 91.23%.59 patients with the type of xue re, were gieven liang xue jie du fang with small doses of tripterygium wilfordii,the total effective rate was 89.83%.2. There were 116 patients finished the experiment,11 patients recovered,42 patients were cured,52 patients were effective,and the other 11 patients were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.52%. Only 3 patients caused a transient liver enzyme slightly higher than befor due to the medicine,no other patients caused any side effects.Completion:Using Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) agreement No.2 or No.5 (liang xue jie du fang and yi qi huo xue fang) with small doses of Avi A or Tripterygium wilfordii to treat patients with psoriasis, which can have a better curative effect, and clinical safety is relatively high, thus the compliance of patients is well.
