Clinical Observation On Acute Secretory Otitis Media Of Wind-cold Exogenous Type By Xuanfei Tongqiao Prescription Treatment

Objective:Acute secretory otitis media is a common clinical disease.Most of the patients come to the outpatient clinic with the chief complaint of "inner ear blockage and tightness".They are often accompanied by a history of extrinsic sensation.At present,western medicine is mainly symptomatic treatment.However,traditional Chinese medicine pays more attention to,"holistic thinking" on the basis of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,and is flexible in syndrome differentiation,as long as there is curative effect.After the author copied the prescription with the teacher,it was found that "wind cold and evil spirit"was the main cause of the occurrence and development of acute secretory otitis media.The clinical practice of the tutor was based on the principle of" warming and dissipating the wind,promoting the lung and promoting the general qiaoqiao".The objective is to treat acute secretory otitis media with wind-cold exogenous type by "xuanfei tongqiao prescription",four diagnostic associations participating,with the addition and subtraction of symptoms,and good efficacy was often get.By comparing the curative effect of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of this disease,it can be concluded that the curative effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute secretory otitis media with the attack of wind-cold is not significantly different from that of western medicine,with less side effects and more economical.Therefore,it provided objective basis for TCM treatment of acute secretory otitis media.Method:A total of 60 patients with wind-cold exogenous type who met the inclusion criteria and visited the otolaryngology department of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2018 to February 2019 were collected.They were divided into the treatment group(n = 30)and the control group(n = 30).In the treatment group,traditional Chinese medicine Xuanfei tongqiao prescription was given as the basic prescription,while in the control group,ephedrine nasal drops were given in combination with prednisone acetate tablets and eucalyptus pinenteric soft capsules.One course of treatment was one week,and one observation point was three days.A total of two courses of treatment are observed,namely 7 days.The total scores of symptoms before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were systematically observed and recorded,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:1.After 7 days of treatment,in the control group,30 cases were treated,3 ears were cured,9 ears were significantly effective,15 ears were effective,3 ears were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90%;30 cases in the treatment group were cured,3 ears were cured,3 ears were significantly effective,20 ears were effective,4 ears were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.67%.The two groups had curative effect on acute secretory otitis media with wind-cold exogenous type,and the overall curative effect was not different.2.The control group was better than the treatment group in improving the sensation of ear blockage and distension and earache.Conclusion:(1)Both the treatment group and the control group had a certain therapeutic effect on improving the overall symptoms and signs when treating acute secretory otitis media with wind-cold exogenous type;(2)In the process of treating this disease,xuanfei tongqiao prescription had the advantages of high safety and less side effects,which was worthy of publicity and promotion in clinical practice.
