Xinsusan Decoction Therapy's Clinical Effect To The Treatment Of Wind—heat Type Pediatric Secretory Otitis Media

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinsusan decoction therapy on the treatment of wind—heat type pediatric secretory otitis media.Methods: 73 patients with wind—heat type pediatric secretory otitis media were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,and were observed after one course of treatment.Two groups of patients were given nursing care on a regular basis,The treating group was treated with cefuroxime axetil capsule and Xinsusan decoction therapy,the control group Was treated with cefuroxime axetil capsule.The changes of clinical symptoms,physical sign in all patients were observed before and after treatment.The results of the observation to be evaluated objectively and scientifically.All data were conducted using statistical software SPSS17.0 statistical analysis.Result:1.Efficacy evaluation:Clinical 80 patients included final completion of 73 cases,and 7 cases of loss.The efficacy rate achieved in treating group was 97.37 %,which was significantly better than that of the control group(91.43 %).2.The two groups before and after treatment individual signs and symptoms integral comparisons: Comparison between the two groups before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the two groups after treatment in treating otalgia,ear fullness,tinnitus,hearing level and tympanogram were significant differences(P<0.05),the treatment group in improving otalgia,ear fullness,tinnitus,hearing level and drum membrane hyperemia,tympanum fluid is better than the control group.Conclusion: Therapeutic efficacy of Xinsusan decoction therapy for patients with wind—heat type pediatric secretory otitis media was statistical significance.this convenicnt and efficient method accorded with clinical treatment of chronic tonsillitis acute attack,which Can be applied as an external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
