The Clinical Effect Of Chinese Medicine Otitis Media Granule 1 On Children's Secretory Otitis Media

Objective:To Observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine otitis media granule 1 on Children's secretory otitis media.Methods:patients were selected from January 2017 to October 2017 in Heilongjiang University of Chinese medicine in ear,nose and throat clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of secretory otitis media(fural fullness-syndrome of exogenous wind-heat).type 60 cases of children as the observation object.Randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases,45 ears)and control group(30 cases,41 ears).treatment group were treated by Chinese medicine otitis media granule 1 creacted by Teacher Zhou and sinupret drops;control group were treated by erding granule and sinupret drops.7 days for a course of treatment,observe 2 courses.Record the results,and statistically analyzed.Results:1.The treatment group was better than the control group in the remission of tympanic,ear pain,hearing loss,nasal congestion because of P<0.05.The two groups were equally effective in the remission of tympanic membrane color,acoustic conduction,ear mucus,cough,fever because of P<0.05.2.Compared with the rates of change of integral in treatment before and after,P<0.05,and the results were significantly different between the two groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.In the treatment group,the markedly effective rate was 64.44%,the total effective rate was 82.22%;the control group significantly higher rate of 48.78%,the total effective rate was 73.17%.The rid it analysis,P=0.022,P<0.05,indicated that the difference of efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Chinese medicine otitis media granule 1 treatment of Children's secretory otitis media(fural fullness-syndrome of exogenous wind-heat)is better than erding granule.2.The treatment group was better than the control group in the remission of tympanic,ear pain,hearing loss,nasal congestion,and they were equally effective in the remission of tympanic membrane color,acoustic conduction,ear mucus,cough,fever.
