The Study Of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction On Type 2 Diabetic Rats With Insulin Resistance Induced By STZ

Objective:To study medical Qingfei Xiegan Decoction reduction of high,middle and low dose of high fat and high sugar diet and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)elements together using induced type 2 diabetic insulin resistance rats fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),insulin(INS),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),urine glucose changes and study the effect of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction on IR of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:SD male rats 60 only for 7 days adaptive feeding,were randomly divided into for groups of six,using random method set one of the group for normal group,fed with normal diet,the other five groups of 50 rats feed high fat and high sugar diet for 1 week,followed by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)insulin inducing model of type 2 diabetes.After the success of inducing the model of type 2 diabetes,five groups were divided into metformin positive control group,model group,low dose group of Qingfei Xiegan decoction,middle dose group of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction,high dose group of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction by using the random method;the normal group and the model group were given distilled water by gavage treatment,metformin positive control group,model group,low dose group of Qingfei Xiegan decoction,middle dose group of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction,high dose group of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction were given the corresponding drugs gavage for 21 days,detecting the blood glucose of rats first and third weeks(FPG)and body weight of rats,after 21 days test the value of serum triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),insulin(INS),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),observe urine glucose changes,calculate the HOMA-IR which estimate the degree of insulin resistance.Using statistical software SPSS13.0 analysis the data of each group,when comparing the components using independent sample t test,when comparing multiple groups using single factor analysis of variance(One way ANOVA),P<0.05 means there is statistical difference.Results:compared with model group,the fasting blood glucose of low,middle and high dose of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The Qingfei Xiegan Decoction improves the sensitivity of insulin in type 2 diabetic rats to reducing insulin resistance,it also can reduce values of triglycerides,values of low density lipoprotein cholesterol,values of total cholesterol,but it can rise high density lipoprotein cholesterol value,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).Have a significant decrease effect on the glucose In urine.Conclusion:the experimental data indicate that Qingfei Xiegan decoction can lower fasting blood glucose and blood lipids,and the high dose can significantly iraprove insulin sensitivity to reduce insulin resistance.There are many reasons leading to the insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes,and the long-term unhealthy dietary intake of high fat and high sugar diet has a certain correlation.
