Objective:Through the treatment of PIC by acupuncture at single and combined acupoints respectively, and taking the cough symptom integral table and the Leicester Cough Quality of Life Questionnaire(LCQ)as the therapeutic index, the difference of the effect of the two treatment methods on patients was observed,so as to evaluate the curative effect of the two treatment methods for PIC,in order to provide the clinical basis for the optimization of the compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for PIC in the future. Methods:In this study,72 patients with PIC were randomly divided into two groups according to the computer excel table, single point group and acupoint matching group with36 cases in each group. In the single point group, the lung acupoints(double points)were selected, and in the matching acupoints group, the lung acupoints and Fengmen acupoints(double points)were selected. The treatment methods were as follows: patients relaxed in prone position and moxibusted after needling to get Qi for 30 minutes, taking patient's tolerance as the degree of treatment.Every 10 days is a course of treatment, just one course of treatment, and follow-up one week after the end of treatment.Data were collected by subjective indicators: Cough Symptom Scoresheet and Leicester Cough Quality of Life Questionnaire(LCQ)at baseline and after treatment.Use the software of SPSS22.0 to analyze the data and compare the difference between before and after treatment within the group and between groups, and then draw conclusions. Results: Baseline situation: There was no significant difference in age,sex and cough symptom score among the patients before treatment(P > 0.05),that is,the baseline situation was basically the same.In the aspect of cough symptom score, there was no statistical difference before treatment(P > 0.05).The cough symptom score of the single point group and the compatibility group had statistical difference in the three aspects of the white symptoms score, the night symptoms score and the total score after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).That is to say,the single point group and thecompatibility group had curative effect, but the compatibility group was better than the single point group.LCQ: Statistical tests were conducted on the intra-group and inter-group scores before and after treatment, with statistical differences(P < 0.05).Chi-square test was conducted on the results of the two evaluation methods, and the formal results were in good agreement(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture and moxibustion at single point and compatible points are effective in treating PIC,but the efficacy of acupoint compatibility group is better than that of single acupoint group.2 "Feishu Point ?Fengmen Point" can be used as a preferred scheme for treating PIC to guide the selection of acupoints in clinical acupuncture prescriptions.
