Clinical Observation Of Yuanzhu Decoction And Qi Soothing Plaster For Pain Relief In The Treatment Of Mesenteric Lym Phadenitis(Infantile Dyspeptic Gastroenteropathy Type)

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of "Yuanzhu Decoction" and Qi soothing plaster for pain relief in the treatment of infantile mesenteric lymphadenitis with infantile dyspeptic gastroenteropathy type,to explore a new way of thinking of infantile mesenteric lymphadenitis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty-four children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with Qi soothing plaster for pain relief,the treatment group was given Yuanzhu decoction orally,and the control group was given cefixime for suspension orally,five days as a course of treatment.Through clinical observation,the improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated truly and objectively.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,results of abdominal ultrasound,total score of TCM syndromes and single score of main symptoms between the two groups before treatment.(2)The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 93.750%,which was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the abdominal pain was improved,appetite was increased,the transverse and longitudinal diameter of mesenteric lymph nodes were changed,and the recurrence rate after 2-month follow-up was better than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Yuanzhu Decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children,alleviate abdominal pain and increase appetite,improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce mesenteric lymph nodes,and reduce the recurrence rate of abdominal pain.It is an effective prescription for the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children,It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
