Clinical Study Of Sanbai Decoction In The Treatment Of Pediatric Eczema(Syndrome Of Excessive Dampness-heat)

Objective: To carry out the clinical study on the treatment of pediatric eczema by professor Sun Liping's empirical prescription Sanbai Decoction,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sanbai Decoction in the treatment of pediatric eczema,and to provide a safe and effective treatment scheme for the clinic.Methods: 60 children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(30 cases)was given Sanbai Decoction orally and the control group(30 cases)was given Jingfu Zhiyang Granule orally.Both groups were given 15 days as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms was evaluated by observing the improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups.Results: The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 93.33%,which was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms such as erythema color,number of papules,exudation,itching degree and dry stool(P<0.05).Conclusion: Sanbai Decoction is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of pediatric eczema(syndrome of excessive dampness-heat)with no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.
