The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Dihuangchushi Decoction Treatment Of Chronic Eczema (Yin Deficiency And Dampness-heat)

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Dihuang Decoction in treating chronic eczema(yin deficiency and damp heat type).Methods:60 cases,who were visit the dermatological department in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine and conformed to the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:30 cases in the treatment group,treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction(DiHuang Decoction for removing dampness),oral,a pair of medicine fried into two bags,150ml/bag,one bag both in the morning and evening,after each meals,oral;30 cases in the control group,given Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules(brand name:KaiLaiZhi,produced by Chongqing Yaoyou Pharmaceutical Co Ltd Zhunzi:H20130054)one capsule before sleep,oral.4 weeks as a course of treatment,comparing the results respectively after 2 weeks and 4 weeks.Results:After one course,the curative effect of the treatment group and the control group were improved to varying degrees.1.Through the clinic efficacy observation,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,the treatment group and the control group were significantly different,P<0.05.2.After the treatment,the clinical symptom score,subjective symptom score,lesion area score and total score of two groups were significantly decreased,through the statistic test,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The treatment of eczema Dihuang Chushi Decoction eczema(yin deficiency and damp heat type)symptoms and signs,curative effect is better than that of Yipisiding hydrochloride capsules.2Dihuang decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of eczema(yin deficiency and damp heat type).
