| Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Liangxue Zhiyang mixture in the treatment of blood heat syndrome of eczema and its effect on T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+/CD8+T)cell levels,the mechanism of related drugs was explored and the safety of clinical use of Liangxue Zhiyang mixture was evaluated.Methods: 75 patients with acute eczema in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 38)and control group(n= 37).The treatment group was treated with Liangxue Zhiyang mixture,1 bottle(100ml/bottle)at a time,twice a day,1 hour after meal and then heated.The patients in the control group were treated with loratadine orally,1 tablet(8.8mg/)each time,once a night,before going to bed.Momethasone furoate cream was used for external use in both groups,twice a day,and proper amount was applied to the skin lesions.2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 4 weeks(2 courses).At the end of the course of treatment,the scores of pruritus,severity of skin lesions,main symptoms,secondary symptoms and syndromes,and the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,and the adverse reactions were recorded in the course of treatment.to make a final comprehensive judgment of the curative effect.Two months after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate was counted.Results:1.In this study,75 patients who met the diagnostic requirements were collected,and66 cases were treated and re-visited according to the requirements of the research program,including 34 cases in the treatment group(4 cases)and 32 cases in the control group(5 cases).The total drop-out rate was 12%.2.After two courses of treatment,the itching degree scores of Liangxue Zhiyang mixture in the treatment group were compared with those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.3.After treatment,the EASI scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.And the total effective rate of improving the severity of skin lesions in the treatment group was 88.24%,which was significantly better than that in the control group(78.13%).4.After treatment,there were five main symptoms(P < 0.05)and two secondary symptoms(P < 0.05)between the experimental group and the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01).The difference was statistically significant.5.After two courses of treatment,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were compared before and after treatment,in which the level of CD4+T and CD4+/CD8+T cells increased significantly,while the level of CD8+T cells decreased significantly.There was significant difference among the three groups(P < 0.01).6.After treatment,the safety of the two groups was evaluated and compared,P > 0.05,there was no significant difference,but the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Liangxue Zhiyang mixture has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of eczema with blood-heat syndrome.Compared with the current first-line drug loratadine tablets in the treatment of eczema,it has the same curative effect,less side effects and low recurrence rate.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients with eczema,but also improve the cellular immune function of patients by regulating the level of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood,so as to improve the clinical efficacy. |
