Since modern times, hot and humid diseases have been paid more and more attention to by clinical departments. The literature related to hot and humid diseases is vast and numerous, which is undoubtedly a valuable treasure. It needs someone to make use of it,so that it can be better applied in clinical practice. Objective: As people living standard gradually improve, must eat fat and high bored with the situation of more and more,so the syndrome of chronic glomerulo nephritis patients is particularly common in clinic, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, with its unique advantages, occupies an important seat in the treatment of these diseases,we see published many real knowledge, but so far,a lot of literature about the syndrome of chronic glomerulonephritis, rarely are summarized, and its pathogenesis and dialectical comb and drug laws, which provide help for clinical treatment and provide reference for other related theory research.By collecting relevant literature, this paper summarizes the pathogenesis, dialectical and clinical law of hot and humid chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods:make full use of modern literature research methods and means, use all available resources and conditions,in three steps to complete the paper.First of all, after a large number of collection and review, research and collation, summed up in the past ten years of doctors on the causes and pathogenesis of hot and humid chronic glomerulonephritis consensus or unconventional views.Secondly,on the basis of the determination and improvement of the etiology and pathogenesis, the author explores and explores the dialectical treatment and treatment principles and methods of the damp-heat chronic glomerulonephritis. Finally,on the basis of dialectical treatment, statistics and analysis are made on the clinical medication of chronic glomerulonephritis with dampness-heat type,to find the commonly used prescription, the law of drug use frequency, and the law of compatibility, which will be beneficial to clinical practice in the future? Results: Based on network database(hownet, ten thousand,VIP,etc.)and inside the library search and access, find about the syndrome of chronic glomerulonephritis,a total of426 papers, academic works,a total of 25,according to the specific contents of the literature in this paper, the selection of available, valuable 322 dissertations, academic works,20 cases of 503.Using Excel software, the prescription medication database was established, and the data were statistically analyzed through spss11.5.Calculate the frequency and frequency of individual drug use.Use visual pie charts to show the frequency of common drug use. Conclusion: After the above research, the following four conclusions are drawn on the pathogenesis of damp-heat type chronic glomerulonephritis, syndrome differentiation and drug use;1.The causes of damp-heat type chronic glomerulonephritis can be roughly divided into six aspects: drug abuse, overworked kidney, visceral dysfunction, climate influence, regional factors, and diet.2 The characteristics of damp-heat type chronic glomerulonephritis can be divided into long course of disease, complicated symptoms, mutual influence of damp heat and chronic glomerulonephritis, and more evidence.3 damp-heat type chronic glomerulonephritis dialectical treatment on the basis of clearing heat and dampness, including spleen and kidney method,Tongluo method, clearing heat and removing phlegm method,Wenyang dehumidification method, nourishing yin and clearing heat method, etc.Five kinds.4.The most commonly used drugs for the treatment of damp-heat type chronic glomerulonephritis are Xiaoyan,Rhizoma Imperatae,Alisma,Poria,Poria,Achyranthes.Commonly used drugs are cork with atractylodes, sputum with diarrhea, small sputum with white thorn root, coix seed with psyllium and so on.
