Purpose:In this research, the system of syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians recorded in Treatise on Shanghan Diseases was used to statistically analyze the distribution of six-channel syndromes of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN),and the correlation between the indicators and six-channel syndromes. It can provide new dialectical ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of CGN,as well as delaying the progress of renal failure.Material and method:Collect and organize clinical data of 172 CGN patients in the Department of Nephrology of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including age, gender, disease course and other related clinical laboratory indicators, such as 24 h urine total protein(UTP),serum creatinine(Scr),and glomerular filtration Rate(e GFR).Apply statistical software such as Excel2016,SPSS19.0 for statistical analysis of frequency, explore the distribution and combination of CGN six-channel syndromes, and apply a two-class Logistic regression model to analyze the correlation between CGN six meridian syndrome types and gender, age, course of disease and other related laboratory indicators. Results: 1.After 172 CGN patients were diagnosed with six meridian syndromes, there were 17 types of six meridian syndromes, including single channel syndrome and two channel syndrome,of which single channel syndrome were 113,the composition ratio was 65.70%,and two channel syndrome were 59,The composition ratio was 34.30%.2.Among the single channel syndrome,Shao Yin disease is in the highest frequency, accounting for 61.95% of the classification of this syndrome type, including 38 cases of Shaoyin syndrome with heat transformation(33.63%)and 32 cases of Shaoyin syndrome with cold transformation(32.28%).However disease of triple yang is rare, and no Taiyang disease is found, and the remaining syndromes account for less than 5%;Among the two channel syndrome, the Taiyin disease and Shaoyin syndrome with cold transformation merged is in the highest frequency, accounting for 27.12% of the classification of this syndrome type, others from high to low, there are Shaoyang disease and Shaoyin syndrome with cold transformation merged(18.64%),Taiyin disease and Shaoyin syndrome with heat transformation merged(15.25%),Shaoyang and Taiyin disease merged(10.17%).3.After dividing 172 cases of CGN six syndrome differentiation types,a total of 231 types of syndrome were obtained. The common types(which composition ratio more than 10%)were the disease of triple yin and Shaoyang disease.Among them,194 cases of disease of triple yin accounted for 83.98%,25 cases of Shaoyang disease accounting for 10.82%.4.Correlation between CGN six meridian syndrome types and gender, age, disease course,UTP,microscopic examination of red blood cells in urine,Scr,Urea,e GFR,and other related laboratory indicators: When the dependent variable was triple yang syndrome types and Shaoyin syndrome with cold transformation,no correlation was found with the above independent variables; When the dependent variable was Taiyin disease, the independent variable Urea was positively correlated with it,and microscopic examination of red blood cells in urine and uric acid was negatively correlated with it.When the dependent variable was Shaoyin syndrome with heat transformation, the independent variable microscopic examination of red blood cells in urine and triglycerides was positively correlated with it.When the dependent variable was Jue Yin disease, the disease course and uric acid of independent variable were positively correlated with it.5.Common symptoms of CGN patients(occurrence frequency> 10%)include backache and knee weakness, urinary foam, backache, frequent urination, sleepy and lack of power, frequent nocturia, poor sleep, xerostomia, cold chills limbs, dizziness, thin stool, swelling of both lower limbs, thirst, poor appetite, spontaneous sweating, constipation, chest tightness and shortness of breath, and decreased urine output. Conclusion: 1.single channel syndrome is the most common type of CGN six-menstrual disease syndrome, and the rest are channel syndrome. No three-or-more channel syndrome is found.2.During the single channel syndrome of CGN,the frequency from high to low,is Shaoyin syndrome with heat transformation,Shaoyin syndrome with cold transformation,Jueyin disease,Taiyin disease,Yangming disease, and Shaoyang disease.Among them, the total composition ratio of triple yin syndrome is more than 90%.3.During the two channel syndrome of CGN,the most frequent ones are Taiyin and Shaoyin disease merged and Shaoyang and Shaoyin disease merged(composition ratio more than 20%),followed by Shaoyang and Taiyin disease merged and Taiyang and Shaoyin disease merged(composition ratio more than 10%).4.The distribution of six meridian syndromes of CGN: It is mainly based on triple yin syndrome, and it is mostly merged with Shaoyang disease.5.The incidence of Taiyin disease is positively correlated with Urea levels. The incidence of Shaoyin syndrome with heat transformation was positively correlated with microscopic examination of red blood cells in urine and triglyceride levels. The incidence of Jueyin disease was positively correlated with the course of disease and the level of Uric Acid.6.The Six Classics Syndrome Theory is applicable to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CGN.
