Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis With Bushen Jianpi Tongluo Therapy (Spleen And Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: In this study,the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and hematuria(spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were studied.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Jianpi Tongluo method in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with hematuria(spleen and kidney deficiency and stasis syndrome).Methods:Using SPSS 22.0 software,the subjects were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group.The patients in the treatment group were given oral Chinese medicine decoction and the control group were given Shenshu granule orally for 12 weeks,and the subjects were divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group.Three months after the end of the course of treatment,the short-term and long-term clinical effects of the study were compared.Results: The treatment group and the control group 1 case,the two groups of drugs to nephritis hematuria has the curative effect.The effective rate was 88.57% in the treatment group and 65.71% in the control group(p < 0.05).The scores of main TCM symptoms and secondary TCM symptoms in the two groups were improved to a certain extent,and the improvement in the treatment group was significant compared with that in the control group(p < 0.05).The patient’s red blood cell count(high),There was a significant decrease in the treatment group compared with the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).No adverse reaction occurred in the two groups during the treatment,and there was no obvious abnormality in the safety test before and after treatment.It can be proved that Bushen Jianpi Tongluo method is better than Shenyanshu granule in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,and it is safe to some extent.Conclusion:Clinical studies have shown that tonifying the kidney,invigorating the spleen and clearing collaterals in the treatment of hematuria patients with chronic glomerulonephritis has obvious therapeutic effect,in improving the TCM syndrome of the patients,such as waist acid,burnout,edema,sleep,diet,tongue picture,And red blood cell count(high power visual field)all have certain curative effect,although Yansen Shu granule also has certain curative effect,but this method is better than its curative effect,and safety is good.
