Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Lingze Jiangzhi Decoction In Treating Non-alcoholic Fatty Hepatitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lingze Jiangzhi Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis caused by phlegm-dampness and phlegm,and further promote its clinical application,and lay a foundation for the in-depth study of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.Methods Ninety patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and TCM syndromes were divided into groups I,II and III according to the random number table.30 patients in each group,including group I as control group,? Groups and ? groups were treated groups.In the control group,polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules(Yishanfu)were given.In the treatment group,group ? was given Lingze Jiangzhi Decoction alone,and group III was given Llinze Jiangzhi Decoction combined with linoleylcholine capsule(Yishanfu).the total treatment time is 12 weeks,1 course.Observe the main clinical symptoms,liver function(ALT,AST,total bilirubin),blood lipids(TC,TG),blood glucose(GLU)and anatomical indicators(abdominal circumference,upper arm circumference,BMI)before and after treatment.The efficacy of the three groups.Results1.After treatment,the three groups were compared.The total effective rate of group I was 26.67%,the total effective rate of group ? was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of group III was 96.67%,indicating that group III was treated with Lingze Jiangzhi Decoction and Yishanfu.The therapeutic effect was better than that of the group ? alone,Lingze Jiangzhi Decoction,which was better than the control group(I group),and the effect of Yishanfu was simple(P<0.05).2,before and after treatment,group II can significantly improve the patient's flank bulging or tingling,chest full of weight,bloating,abdominal distension,food intake,body fat and tongue symptoms,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the lower flank,body fatigue,nausea and dizziness before treatment(P>0.05).The treatment group III could significantly improve the flank or tingling of the patient.The clinical symptoms of sleepy weight,bloating,bloating,lack of food,nausea,dizziness,body fat and tongue were statistically significant(P<0.05);underarm sac,body fatigue and treatment There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3,the three groups were able to effectively reduce the levels of ALT and AST,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant decrease in total bilirubin levels after treatment in group I and group II.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Group III could effectively reduce the total bilirubin level.The significance of learning(P<0.05);the difference between group III and group I,group II was statistically significant(P<0.05).4,the three groups were able to effectively reduce the levels of TC and TG,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5,the three groups were able to effectively reduce the GLU level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)6.The BMI index was lower in all three groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).After three groups of treatment,the abdominal circumference and upper arm circumference were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).7.Safety evaluation:During the treatment period,the control group did not show any adverse reactions;in the treatment group,1 patient in group III developed mild diarrhea after taking the drug,and normal after 1 weekConclusion Lingze Jiangzhi Decoction can be effective for the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.This side can not only improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs,restore liver function,lower blood lipids,blood sugar,but also improve the quality of life of patients.The curative effect is reliable,safe,and has no obvious side effects.
